This property is exactly as listed. House was spotless upon arrival, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the necessities and then some. Lovely outdoor patio and furniture to enjoy the views. Nice lighted pier for day and night fishing! Would highly recommend and will likely return in the future! 10 out of 10!

We enjoyed a terrific weekend with my family. The house was clean and the kitchen had every possible gadget/device/pot/pan you could ever hope for…. Interior was light and airy…we will be coming back!

Family Fishing Trip

Overall the stay was amazing, the guys enjoyed fishing so much - my father in law specifically wants to come back already :). The host was very responsive and even had the property ready way before check in time which was greatly appreciated. The house was very well stocked and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't available there.

This was by far the best experience I have had with a VRBO rental. Enough beds for hosting a group 10. House was very clean and was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Private pier was the best with green lights for night fishing. Great outdoor area and games to play during the day. Host (Amber) was very helpful and made the experience that much more enjoyable with quick responses to our questions. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Super impressed with the property. Walked in and the house smelled amazing. Lots of high end appliances in the kitchen and fully stocked. The decor was beautiful and every bed was super comfortable and very fluffy pillows! Plenty of room to hang outside on both decks and loved there was a hammock which i dont think i saw in the original posts. Every detail was thought about when making this a home away from home and my family had an amazing trip! Everyone loved the pier for fishing and we ended everynight there catching fish and looking at the stars! What a sweet house!!

Father’s Day weekend

This was an amazing stay. The owner took great care and thought of everything you would possibly need to make our stay both relaxing and memorable. We were absolutely BLESSED for her hospitality and quick responsiveness from the booking process and during the stay. The views were serene offering a nice escape from the city and bustling beaches. We wanted a place that was comfortable, quiet and convenient for fishing. This property checked all the boxes. The house was clean and slept 10 of us comfortably. The private pier with lights was the main reason we booked this location and it didn’t disappoint. We caught plenty of fish (specs, sand trout, reds and even a gar). The cleaning table made everything convenient. The neighborhood has a private boat launch and the area in general is great for fishing. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. If you want a laid back, convenient and enjoyable fishing experience I would highly recommend this house. I can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful family stay

This property was great for a long weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and much, much more. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. There were lots of games to play and movies to watch in the cozy living room. The outdoor patios were nice for watching the sunrise and sunset off the grassy area and rocky shore. The long pier with great fishing lights, boat dock and fish cleaning station worked well. We caught lots of fish! The downstairs room with bed, bath, washer and dryer, was nice. Lots of extras, like a desk, and bait fridge, double hammock, black stone griddle, grilling utensils, corn hole game, and much more. Just a really well stocked place with everything we needed plus more. Thanks for the memories!

Long Weekend Stay

Had a great time with 3 generations of family fishing and hanging out at this nice property. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room to handle all of us comfortably. The downstairs portion is a big plus for extra sleeping area, storage, extra fridge, etc. This place is very well stocked inside and out, including outdoor gas grill, flattop grill, and fish fryer. We caught a lot of fish off the pier including a handful of keepers. The pier had lights at the fish cleaning area and at the end of the pier so you had 2 different areas to fish with lights at night (really nice with so many fishing). The owner's are super responsive and answered all our questions very quickly. Thanks!

Lovely host. Very communicative. Very accommodating. Place was great overall. Limited drawer space and no hangers so bring some hangers for extended stays. Kitchen had everything we needed. Grills worked great too. Limited towels in bathrooms so I am glad closet was left unlocked so we could access more towels. I did find it hard to manage the humidity even with the humidity devices throughout. Be sure to empty them often or they stop working. If you bring pets with you be wary of all the loose dogs in this neighborhood. Multiple dogs wondering out onto pier. Multiple dogs run up to you while walking your dog. Pier was great. Water around pier is extremely shallow though. Pier lights facing the water worked up until last night there and the hosts unfortunately were not able to get someone to fix it right away which was a bummer. Without lights you can't really fish. The lights that face the pier landing didnt work at all and we did not prepare for them to not work so we brought no lantern or flash light so it was hard to hook and release in the dark dark. So I suggest to prepare for that unless they fix it. Also the solar lights that line the pier didnt all work. Definitely need it for safety purposes. There was roach type bugs in the bottom part of the house and we did find one big water roach inside upstairs but we are waterside so a few bugs are to be expected. All and all we had a great time and would definitely return despite a few things that stood out to us. Thank you

Thank you so much for your feedback, Rachelle! We will buy some more hangers. We used to have 10 nice velvet hangers in every closet, but they have disappeared over time. There is an empty chest of drawers in every bedroom except for the twin bedroom and every bedroom has an empty closet for storage. I agree with you about the dog situation. I know the dogs you are talking about and they are very friendly, but I am also a very protective dog mom and I get it. I will speak with our neighbors that let their dogs have the run of the point. I am sorry about the pier light the last night. Our maintenance guy came out there the next day and flipped the breaker. The breaker tripped because there was a storm and it is a safety feature. Now I know, and in the future, I will be able to guide guests to the breaker box. So thank you so much for letting us know. Yes, it is a struggle being so close to the water and trying to keep the bugs that live in the rocks by the water from making themselves at home. We have a pest control service that comes out and sprays once a month. I will let the pest service know about the water bugs. I have already reached out to our housekeeper to remind her that we need to make sure there are enough towels. We provide a washer and dryer and detergent if there is ever a need, but you still should have enough towels so that you are not having to share.
