Plus de 125 pieds carrĂ©s de plus que toute autre location du complexe! Ce condo spacieux et bien amĂ©nagĂ© a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© Ă  partir des montants! Condo 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain complĂšte sur Mile Road Ă  distance de marche de Wells Beach avec vue sur les marais au bord de l'eau. Internet sans fil et finitions et mobilier de haute qualitĂ© en bleu sarcelle, bleu et blanc. Nouveaux draps et literie impeccables. Bar Ă  petit dĂ©jeuner pour 3. Salle Ă  manger pour 6 Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ainsi qu'une table Ă  manger et sur le pont avec vue sur le marais. Grill Webber privĂ©. La premiĂšre chambre est meublĂ©e d'un lit queen-size et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat / combo DVD. La chambre 2 est meublĂ©e avec un double sous / twin sur un lit superposĂ©. Chaque chambre a un grand placard et bureau et une unitĂ© de climatisation. Le salon est ouvert sur la cuisine et comprend un canapĂ© gigogne sectionnel et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. Nouvelle cuisine divertissante bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec des appareils en acier inoxydable avec lave-vaisselle et armoires blanches. Le condo a une nouvelle porte coulissante en verre, de nouvelles fenĂȘtres et de nouveaux planchers laminĂ©s aussi! Le condo est Ă©galement Ă©quipĂ© de nombreux jeux familiaux! La seule chose que vous devrez apporter est des serviettes de bain et de plage!

Ce condo a une belle grande aire commune gazonnĂ©e avec des tables de pique-nique donnant sur le marais! C'est super pour le frisbee et les barbecues! Le parking est petit et gĂ©nĂ©ralement calme et l'entrĂ©e latĂ©rale s'ouvre sur un quartier sans issue oĂč les enfants peuvent faire du vĂ©lo et des scooters!

Le condo est Ă  distance de marche de Wells Beach, Varano's, Billy's Chowder House, une petite brasserie / salle de dĂ©gustation Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, Hannaford, Reny's, Beachcomber, Forbes, The Steak House, Mike's Clam Shack, Mini Golf, un cinĂ©ma, etc. Il y a aussi un arrĂȘt de tramway juste en face du condo qui peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour une balade paresseuse jusqu'Ă  la plage ou pour se connecter Ă  Ogunquit, Kennebunkport et Sanford! AccĂšs facile au marais pour le kayak, le stand up paddle, le canoĂ« et le flottement aussi! Une rampe de mise Ă  l'eau publique pour les bateaux de plus petite taille se trouve Ă  moins d'un quart de mile. L'emplacement est imbattable!

Very Clean/ Close to everything - Perfect size

Loved this place- could walk to everything - beach/groceries. Quiet, just off the main highway. Exceptionally clean- with all the amenities. Prompt communication with the owner and very reasonable rates. I would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday close to Wells, Oqunquit and Kennebunk.

Wonderful Place!

We had a great stay at Sarah's condo. Being able to walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants was so convenient. The condo itself was clean, bright and comfortable. There was enough room for us and our kids who enjoyed the TV and the games too! Wells is a nice location that allowed us to visit Portland to the North and York and Ogunquit to the South. We had a lovely trip and will definitely return!

Great Stay!

We were very pleased with these accommodations. Actually, the pictures do not do it justice. We walked to Congdon's, the movies, the beach, mini golf, the arcade, and just about everywhere else. We were even able to leave our older children home while we walked to Batson River for a date night. We could have been at the condo in 2 minutes if they needed us. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and otherwise. The mattresses must be newer as they were very comfortable. We all slept great. AC was a plus! We loved having coffee on the deck while the kids slept in. We were able to travel to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport in minutes. There is plenty of parking. Probably the most important thing is that communication with the host was excellent. We felt comfortable texting and were responded to in within minutes. We were also greeted with a welcome sheet that explained where to find everything and also a list of local recommendations that helped us plan a few added activities and meals we would not have thought of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location and the property itself were perfect for all ages and we will stay again if we choose to come back to Wells.

Great Property

We had a good time here. The condo is very lovely. We enjoyed much that the area had to offer, but we were somewhat limited due to one of our party needing emergency surgery. Sarah is very friendly and answers all questions promptly. I do agree with some of the previous comments that is really isn’t a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is .7 miles from the condo, and it would be difficult with small children. But it’s still very close overall. We would stay again!

Perfectly located condo in Wells, perfectly described

We had a great week, weatherwise and were able to check off a lot of things on our bucket list in Wells and surrounding areas. The best moment in the beginning of our trip, was walking into our rented condo and finding it perfect! The write up and cleanliness and amenities were to a "T". Thank you so much!

Great Place for family with small kids

We enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s Condo. Neighbors are friendly and it’s close to everything. This has plenty of space for 1 family. Only downside is that it’s not close to the beach. It’s about a 5 minute drive

Lovely hostess, disappointing location

Sarah the owner was lovely to work with. She was very responsive and respectful in all of our communications. We had never before vacationed in Maine so we were unfamiliar with the town of Wells and Mile Road. We felt a little misled by the description and the reviews. The main purpose for this review is to give another perspective of staying here with children. We have two young daughters, ages 4 and 6. They are happy and excited souls and often they dance and skip. The unit is on the second floor and we got a noise complaint from all the happy jumping. We respectfully did our best to squelch their enthusiasm but it saddened us to ask our girls not to dance. (Additionally, the tenants below that complained were seemingly rebelling by played heavy-metal music and, what sounded like video-game playing, into the wee hours of the morning.) In terms of location and walkability: many reviewers raved about the walk to the beach. It’s true, many beach goers walk this stretch of Mile Road but with our two young children, the busy road did not feel safe to walk. There are no sidewalks from the condo to the beach and it’s a very busy road. Also, although there is a patio set on the deck, it’s noisy with many other tenants in the complex, and being right on Mile Road (passing traffic). It was not the respite we anticipated. If you are traveling without children, it would likely be a much different experience. Like I said, the owner was lovely. It just wasn’t what we were looking for.

Great Place to Stay!

The condo was extremely neat, clean and well furnished. It was central to many activities. Sarah was wonderful to deal with and has a great sense of humor. She was able to take care of all our needs, and was very accommodating. From the condo it is a 10 minute walk to a great beach. A wonderful craft beer tasting room is right next door. The best donuts in Maine is a five minute walk. Litchfield's, a great spot to meet locals is only a few minutes away. A wonderful seafood restaurant, Billy's is a couple minute walk. The list goes on and on! We used the condo a a base camp and could not have been happier. I would highly recommend this property!!!

We loved it here, the condo was so clean and the owners were very helpful, even leaving us a welcome gift. We loved being close to the beach and ogunquit. It was our first family vacation as a family of three and we had a great time!

Nice, clean, updated condo!

We had a great week in this beautiful condo! We were out and about during the day, but looked forward to relaxing at the condo in the evening. Our two children had plenty of room to lounge around inside and out on the deck area. There is also a nice grassy area in front of the condo perfect for frisbee or lounging around. It is located near many attractions. The Hannafords is conveniently located next door. Sarah, the owner, was very helpful and even had the condo ready early on check in day, which was very appreciated!

Great location with the feel of home

We arrived and were greeted by Sarah. The place was super clean and spacious. The location is prime and convenient. We loved staying there and can't wait to come back. We really are a very picky family and were very impressed. The beds were comfortable the furniture clean and comfy and the amenities perfect. The grill was gassed up and ready to go and the Cesarios were there at your beckon call if needed.

The place is awesome! You can walk to the beach to the store or even walk to dinner! I didn't want to leave! The condo is beautiful, clean and so comfortable. The owners are wonderful and available if we needed anything! Can't wait for our week in Summer 2015!!!

What a Vacation!

The condo has everything you could need. The design and layout is so spacious and private. It feels like home. I loved being able to walk to the beach with my three children. The walk was beautiful and a great way to start and end our day. There are plenty of sit down and take out restaurants within walking distance. The grocery store is right around the corner, and it's central to both Ogunquit and Kennebunkport for outings. What more could you ask for in a vacation? We loved it and will be back. Very nice, clean, home like condo

We arrived at the condo to find a very clean "home". We walked in and there was a nice care package for us, which was a great personal touch. The rooms were big and clean and the kitchen was great. Sarah welcomed us after we got settled in to say "hi" and see if we needed anything. The location is convenient for getting to the beach and having Hannafords so close is also nice. I would highly recommend to anyone and look forward to coming back again.

Wow! Amazing renovation and location!

This property and its hosts were amazing. I was able to stay for a weekend with the girls before the renovations were completed. A small host gift was left for each of us on the counter when we arrived. Nice touch! Even without the countertops in place the condo had everything we could possibly need, and the location could not be beat! The views from the deck are amazing and private. Each bedroom is so neatly appointed and unique. We felt like we were in a resort! The kitchen has every utensil you could possibly need. The great room couch is perfect for lounging around and the space is used so well. It's nice and open with plenty of seating. I will definitely be back both with my girlfriends or with my family. It's great for any group--and affordable too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

For as long as I can remember my heart has been firmly beached on the sands of Wells, Maine. Generations before me built the cottage where I spent my childhood in the marsh digging for clams, in the ocean jumping the waves with the salt spray on my lips and always leaving the beach with a special stone in the palm of my hand. When I met my husband at the young age of 11 and he had also spent his childhood summers at the beach, I knew we had a special connection--it was fate. Now that we are married with two children we want to keep our love for the ocean and its treasures alive in their hearts. That is why we purchased and lovingly renovated our condo--Riposo!

Riposo--Italian meaning 'at rest.'

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Recently renovated from the studs in! 2 bedroom/1 full bath condo on the Mile Road within walking distance to Wells Beach with marsh views. Wireless internet and high quality finishes and furnishings in teals, blues and whites. Crisp new linens and bedding. Breakfast bar for 3. Dining for 6 inside as well as an outdoor dining table and grill with marsh views. Bedroom one is furnished with a queen bed and a flat screenTV/DVD combo. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double under/twin over bunk bed. Each bedroom has a large closet and bureau along with AC units. The living area is open to the kitchen and includes a sectional queen pullout couch and flat screen TV with DVD player. Brand new well equipped entertaining kitchen with stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and white cabinetry. The condo has a new sliding glass door, new windows and new laminate floors too! The condo is equipped with many family games, DVDs too! The only thing you will need to bring is bath and beach towels!

This condo has a beautiful large grassy common area with picnic tables overlooking the marsh! This is great for frisbee and BBQs! The parking lot is small and usually quiet and the side entrance opens to a dead end neighborhood where the kids can ride bikes and scooters!

The condo is within walking distance of the beach and Varano's, Billy's Chowder House, Captain Dick's Brewery, Hannaford, Reny's, Beachcomber, Forbes, The Steak House, Mike's Clam Shack, Mini Golf, etc. There is also a trolley stop right in front of the condo that can be used for a lazier ride to the beach, or connecting to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, and Sanford! Easy access to the marsh for kayaking, stand-up paddling, canoeing and floating too! A public boat launch for smaller type boating is less than 1/4 mile away. The location can't be beat!
