There’s a private canalfront dock from which to launch your adventures, along with storage for your gear when you return. Also on the ground level is an outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and a hammock to accommodate late afternoon naps. The laundry room is also located on this level.

A bright and airy ambience greets you inside, highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, stylish furnishings and panoramic views of the water. A ceiling fan breezes overhead as you settle into the great room to stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The kitchen has just what you need to prep and feed your family their favorite vacation meals. A four-seat high-top table allows you to serve them with a view. Watching the sun set from the outdoor deck will color your dreams as you drift off to sleep in the home’s two bedrooms — a queen master with a private bath and a room with two single beds equipped with a Smart TV. Another full bath is in the hallway.

One Dog is welcome for a fee of $200/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
