The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment includes a convenient laundry area for your convenience.

- The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a lavish king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a shower and a rejuvenating jacuzzi for those relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.
- The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a twin bed along with a private full bath equipped with a tub/shower combo.
- The third bedroom is equipped with a full over full bunk bed and an extra single bed, conveniently adjacent to the hall bath.

All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

The Gateway Grand building has a registration fee of $138.00 paid directly to the building this fee includes 2 parking permits in the parking garage. Guests need to come to BluVista Office located on 11911 Coastal Hwy to pick up the entrance key for the apartment on the arrival day and drop them off on the checkout day.
