In practice, my family has found it best to use one of the spaces in the garage as a staging area to put on and take off our ski boots and jackets.
Upper Village Pool/ hot tub access is open for winter season from noon-8pm, 7 days a week from November 10 and will close mid April. It is located at 450 Village Rd. Towels and linens are provided as well as a starter kit of soaps and paper goods to get you through the first day or so. Guests are to provide their own paper goods and other consumables for the duration of their stay.
