Due to Mauiâs rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko.
Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in HawaiÊ»i â please donât harm them.
The HOA provides regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life.
Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal activity â weâll coordinate with the HOA to help.

HawaiÊ»iâs tropical environment supports small island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and roosters. Despite regular pest control, these are part of normal island living.
