Went with family, had three units. Plenty of space for everyone, watched sunsets every evening for two week on balcony. A fabulous time was had, thanks to our perfect accommodations. Plus, cannot beat the location of the beach, a short walk and you are in sand, let the memories begin!

Great location and easy walking distance to the ocean. Cleanliness was average but the property manager was prompt in their responses. With a few updates, this could be an amazing apartment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been visiting this property x many years. This year the cleanliness of the place improve in comparison with 2024. I found some new furniture in the living room, and new washing and dryer machines. In general was a very nice stay.I want to comment that years ago the man in charge of the maintenance of that building, cleaned with a hose the way to the beach. Now I saw blower sometimes. Also, in the morning I saw the pool no cleaned. I remembered that early morning the man in charge was cleaning it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental needs a lot of upgrades. The beach equipment was probably the best thing about this rental. The pillow case had mold on it. the unit had a very strong smell of mold! There was two smalls pans to cook with. I had to call and ask for baking sheets and air fresheners. The rugs felt dirty also. Sea Winds is very nice just dont want to stay at this one again.

Good location but could use some updates and deep cleaning

Great location with easy access to the beach. This condo could use some updates and a deep cleaning. It was adequate but not the greatest. Kitchen could use some updates. We were greeted by some roaches the first night in the kitchen which was definitely not a pleasant experience.

Our home away from home.

We have been staying at this condo for a couple years now we drive all the way from Chicago and we absolutely love it. It is our home away from home. The location is perfect, even though we came into a tropical storm the weather cleared up and ended up being beautiful the rest of our trip !! I will recommend this unit and the sea winds to everyone. We have the best time while we are here every time we come down !! I love the little upgrades they have added to the unit as well. Coffee station and fruit baskets were such a nice essential to have I also am so happy with all of the beach chairs and beach accessories already in the unit storage. We were sad to leave but can’t wait to be back next year. ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Seawinds 106 for two weeks in November. It was a great location. Not having to use the elevators was a huge plus (I’d stayed before on another floor). And the beaches and always is lovely in this area. Just a heads up, ring on the first floor, you don’t get the great Gulf view that you do when you are higher up. And the mangroves block some of what you do have. It despitethat, it’s a I Ella e. Had everything we needed. Nice coffee “bar” area. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in good location,you can see the sea and the sun rise from your balcony. The environment is good. The cleaning was bad. They didn't broom under the bed and furniture. There was dust in furniture. The balcony no clean. The bathrooms no cleaned, the bathtub no clean and mold and dirt in the shower. Not enough bath towels, only 4 very old. N stand fan that didn't work, and scarce cookware. I used to go to that property x many years in summer.
