Situé à l'extrémité sud de la plage Crescent sur l'ßle Marco, il s'agit d'une unité au dernier étage directement en bord de mer avec plus de 1700 pieds carrés. Il a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complÚtes, une cuisine, une salle à manger, Den, et deux balcons. Vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil sur le balcon arriÚre et un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le balcon Beachfront. Cette unité peut accueillir un maximum de 5 personnes. Il y a un accÚs Internet Wi-Fi haut débit dans toute l'unité et il a 4 téléviseurs, 2 ventilateurs de plafond et téléphones partout avec appels locaux gratuits.
La chambre principale dispose d'un nouveau lit king-size Kingsdown, d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces avec lecteur DVD, de commodes et d'un dressing. La grande salle de bain principale a une baignoire et une douche à l'italienne séparée, deux lavabos, un placard et une coiffeuse séparée.
La chambre d'hÎtes a deux lits jumeaux extra-longs, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 24 pouces avec lecteur DVD et deux placards séparés. La salle de bains a une douche de plain-pied.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils et accessoires design KitchenAid, y compris une cuisiniÚre électrique, un four à convection et un four à micro-ondes à convection. Il y a aussi une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur à l'intérieur de l'unité. La salle à manger et le salon ont une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 48 pouces avec lecteur Blu-Ray et un bar. La taniÚre a un canapé-lit gigogne Queen Size, un espace informatique avec imprimante, une télévision avec DVD et une salle de petit-déjeuner.
Des chaises de plage, des parapluies, une glaciÚre, cinq nouveaux vélos, quatre ensembles de clubs de golf et des raquettes de tennis sont disponibles gratuitement pour votre usage!

Perfect!! I don't have a single thing to complain about this property or the hosts. Gene was immediately available if I needed anything. I only had to call once, though, because everything went so smoothly. So many extras, from sunglasses to fishing equipment to extra bags to collect seashells. It truly felt like home away from home! The air conditioning was great, and the beach, of course, was beautiful. Many great places to eat and shop, many within walking distance. Great location!

Excellent relaxing vacation spot

We have stayed in several locations on Marco Island in the past and this property ranks high on our list. We loved the balconies on the west and east side of the condo. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of the spacious unit. The owners were great to work with and have done a great job in renovating the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great stay in a great property. We have visited Marco many times and this is our favorite place to stay. Owner and manager are very responsive and easy to deal with. Property is an ideal location and well supplied. Very clean and well kept. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Right on the beach

We enjoyed our time at this condo. We did have a ceiling fan lose a blade but found the owner responsive and very kind. She actually had a spare part and my husband fixed it. The condo complex was very safe; had to swipe to get into complex, in and out of the beach walk way. I did appreciate that but wish we could have gotten more than two keys to help with all the back and forth with teenager and younger child wanting to go to and from pool, etc. The condo itself is very large. We found the beds to be comfortable, which is my number one worry every time I VRBO. Another great thing was there was lots of detergent, extra towels, Kleenex, even showering products and sunscreen which came in useful. The place is very dated/old, which we could see by the pictures. However, I do hope they work on the grouting in the master bathroom (floor and shower) as it was dirty and would come out as you even walked on it. Overall, I would come back here to this condo based on location, size, and the owner being easy to deal with.

Great condo, great location, great owners

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The owners were very communicative and responsive during our stay (including mailing back a cell phone we inadvertently left behind). Watching dolphins every day from our balcony was fantastic, matched only by when we ventured down to the beach and got within 25 feet or so of them swimming in the surf. The condo was comfortable, clean, and one of the largest 2 bedrooms we have stayed in with the separate front office area (which also had another 4 person table, full desk, and couch). The condo also was one of the most appointed we have ever been to - the owners thought of everything from a basket of sunscreen, to any kitchen tool you could imagine, to beach toys/chairs/shade - and anything else we needed. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend for a family looking to have a wonderful week!

Absolutely Perfect!

This 8 th floor condo is perfect! The view is outstanding! It has everything you could need for an awesome vacation-beautiful,quiet beach, beach chairs ,towels and just steps away from the beach. The 2 pools are heated with plenty of lounge chairs and never crowded. Inside, you will find everything you could need in a well stocked kitchen with plenty of space . There are 2 balconies so you can watch the sunrise from one and sunset from the other! I enjoyed the soaking tub after our long walks on the beach. It was convenient to have the locker on the ground floor to store all the beach stuff so you didn’t have to carry it back and forth. Somerset is easy to get in and out of and close to everything but not in the middle of the busier area. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect vacation home. The view of the beach is stunning. The sunsets gorgeous. We had such a wonderful stay. The condo is huge and clean. The kitchen fully stocked. I was also so amazed by how generous the owners are with extra amenities in case you forgot something. We cannot wait to come back!

Another beautiful Marco family vacation

This was our 3rd stay at Somerset and our first at this condo. Gene and Cindy were very accommodating to our family of five. It was nice to have so many comforts of home on hand while enjoying our beach stay. We will be back.

A Great Experience

Best stocked vacation rental ever. Very spacious. Location is great. Property amenities a real plus (pickleball courts, tennis courts, two pools, charcoal provided for grills, workout facility.) Storage for beach equipment makes a big difference. First trip to Marco Island - very nice with beautiful beaches.

Amazing Property

We have stayed in countless condo rentals and this was by far one of our favorites! The reviews of it being well-stocked are beyond accurate - literally everything that one would need are present. The proximity to the beach is incredibly convenient. And the beach supplies located in storage to and from the beach are very handy - no need to track your chairs (and sand) to the unit everyday. The owners are amazing and personally contacted us during the stay. Great unit, would definitely recommend!

Great potential

We spent three weeks in this condo and there are lots of positives. The view from the 8th floor balcony encompasses the entire beach for a beautiful sunset experience. There is a bonus room with an office and breakfast seating as well as a small balcony on the east side with complete privacy - the east windows for most units open into a public hallway forcing occupants to keep their blinds closed for privacy. All the appliances are new and functional. The apartment is stocked with everything you need including beach toys and towels, sports gear, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils and cookware, and even some bar items. The building exterior is remodeled and exceptionally well maintained. There is reserved covered parking for the unit. We were surprised to discover that the grills use charcoal rather than natural gas. The grill area is well stocked by the building management with supplies including starter fluid, briquets and utensils. If you grill you will return to the unit smelling like smoke, but the food does taste better. Plan dinners accordingly. There are issues, however. This unit needs to be refreshed. On our arrival there were a dozen spot stains on the carpets in both bedrooms. Several dresser drawers were broken. There are multiple fiber mats in the high traffic areas, but their edges are curled causing a trip hazard (one of our guests fell). The master bathroom shower had mildew up to the second row of tiles (about 12 inches and more than expected even in Florida humidity), but we did find tile cleaner in the supply cabinet. The living room sectional and overstuffed chairs have many sagging cushions and springs. The welcome instructions told us to enjoy HBO, but the subscription had been cancelled. There were no other premium channels and no Roku for streaming. The Hewlett Packard office printer is more than 10 years old; HP no longer supports the driver software to download to your computer. The east sunroom drapes were not functional, and they were held up by two shower curtain rods. We did not ask the local representative or the owners to change anything during our stay. It’s a beautiful location that would be a definite five star with some refreshing.

The Somerset is located on perhaps the best location on Marco Island's Crescent Beach. it is well within walking distance to great Restaurants, a Movie Theater, Comedy Club, Convenience Stores, Gas Station, Marina, and plenty of Shops. But best of all, it's only an elevator ride to the Beach!
