Guest Access:

You'll enjoy exclusive access to the loft and upper breezeway. Your privacy is paramount, and to ensure your comfort, all doors and windows facing the other unit are equipped with privacy blinds. The patio, grill and backyard are reserved for guests in the main house.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Village of Egg Harbor. You can walk to anywhere in Downtown Egg Harbor without any problem, including local restaurants, bars and our amazing local grocery store (Main Street Market). A beautiful new library is just one block away, and you can walk to the water within 5 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

NOTE: Sometimes, we will have the main house rented to other Airbnb guests. The space is located above the garage, so you'll need to climb a set of stair to get to it. To enter the loft, you will use the side door of the garage and walk up the stairs. Though it is above the garage, it is VERY well insulated (certified energy efficient) with air conditioning and heat. The unit has keypad dead-bolt, so check-in is automated.
