Oriole Cottage # 621 est une cabane à un seul étage joliment décorée, entièrement meublée et adorable située à quelques pas des rives du lac Big Bear et à quelques minutes de route de toutes les activités locales de la vallée. En entrant dans cette maison, vous êtes accueilli par un salon chaleureux et confortable qui comprend de grandes fenêtres ouvertes, des canapés et des chaises confortables, une cheminée et un téléviseur à écran plat / lecteur DVD pour votre plus grand plaisir. La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire pour vos repas: ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles de base, appareils électroménagers de base avec lave-vaisselle, sièges de bar / cuisine et jolie table à manger en bois rond pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Une table de baby-foot et un lecteur TV / DVD sont disponibles dans la 2ème chambre pour votre divertissement, tandis qu'un bain, une machine à laver et un sèche-linge communs, ainsi qu'une cour clôturée avec barbecue au charbon sont à votre disposition. Fun getaway

My mom and I took a quick trip to Big Bear in the summer to beat the heat. We loved the cabin we stayed in. It was clean, cute, and we loved sitting on the patio breathing in the fresh pine air. Check in and out was super speedy and easy with the management company!

Family fun adventure

We brought our ten and six year old up for a first snowboarding trip and the cabin was perfect location to the lifts. We had fun in the snow filled backyard and kept cozy inside with our WiFi and electronics working fine during downtime.

Lovely 2 bedroom cottage in Big Bear. Kitchen is fully equipped to create any kind of meal. Great heater, water heater and bathroom. On a full lot for BBQ or outdoor play. Plenty of parking. Quiet residental street.

Couple of problems

Just wanted a place to stay, first house the toilet clog and couldn’t be fix. Staff was quick to response and had us get another house, but the second house had no hot water so no showers for my family and I after a long day snowboarding.

Our 3 day stay at 420 Oriole

We enjoyed staying at the property. Everything was to our expectations and we would stay again. The only issues to point out are as follows: The water was off when we arrived and I understand why. The toilet valve is leaking causing the toilet to refill off and on all day and night. The bathtub drain needs clearing causing the tub to back up during showers. The glass top on the bedroom dresser had what appeared to be residuals of a spilled drink dried on it, not cleaned. A few of the plates, bowls needed a re-clean prior to use.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
