Great 2025 Vacation

It was one of our best vacations ever! Loved the beautiful condo. The owners renovated the whole condo. The location was perfect for an ocean and pool view. The splash pad was also right below. Our whole family enjoyed our stay! I can’t say enough good about this clean condo.

We had a great time in our vacation! The condo was completely updated and beautiful. We had 10 people stay all aged 17 or older and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Better than Expected

Hi Carmen! We really couldn’t have picked a better location—it was perfect! We were close to all the amenities and race activities, and we didn’t get in the car once the entire stay. The stay was even better than expected! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Carmen was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The views were amazing…loved all the windows. Beds were also super comfortable. We were so happy with the condo….clean, cute, and cozy. The family is already talking about booking next year. Carmen was so nice and easy to communicate with. The whole experience was amazing.

We booked this condo for my daughter’s bachelorette trip! The condo was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Our host had the condo stocked with beach towels, chairs and other supplies saving us so much room packing. It seemed that every detail was considered when preparing this space for guests. We felt so welcomed & comfortable. Our host checked in with us to make sure we were happy upon our arrival and even remembered our departure wishing us safe travels home. We will certainly be back!! 5/5 stars in every category!

Amazing and Beautiful!!

After going to PCB and staying at EdgeWater for 36 years, this was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It was gorgeous! Completely remodeled. The best stocked kitchen ever! The nicest towels and plenty of them! The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with! Lots of communication and she made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. It was perfect four our large family!

Incredible Condo for Family Vacation…

This condo at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort was incredible! The condo is updated from top to bottom. Every detail from the bedrooms, the furniture, appliances, and decor is updated. It starts with Carmen. She is so great to work with. Very attentive and easy to work with. She proactively communicated with us to make sure we had a great trip. Talk about easy button…they made sure our groceries were in the fridge when we arrived! Beach chairs, a beach wagon, cooler, and beach towels make it super convenient not to have those extra items to pack for the trip.The corner room offers over 1800 sq ft and has a huge wrap around porch with a great view of the pools and beach.We will definitely be coming back again.5 star stay and 5 star service!Matt

Beautiful condo

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The nicest we have stayed in. So many free amenities included. Carmen was wonderful to work with and kept us updated before and during our stay. Highly recommend her and her beautiful condo. Our family enjoyed our stay. Edgewater pool was beautiful and well maintained. Pizza and food at the ocean restaurant on site was very good. I waited until the last day of our stay to get an ice cream from Edgies that was right below our condo and found out I had missed out all week on the best ice cream. This condo was on second floor and we all used the stairs but the few times we used elevators we found them very easy to get on and off. Never had to wait. Location is great. Located in the middle of everything. Close to Walmart and St Andrew’s park. Highly recommend!!

The most AMAZING experience!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this condo, the resort, and the owners! I wanted to write a review even before we got there because the customer service and communication from the owner way already top notch! We were completely prepared with all the information we needed to know before we arrived. Check in was seamless, and the condo has absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, linens, etc. Board games for rainy afternoons, beautiful decor, and that huge wrap-around PATIO! Such a beautiful view of the awesome lagoon pool. We enjoyed the pools while we were there, and also the beach every day, as access was private and very easy to get to. We were thrilled that the condo included a beach wagon, a rolling ice chest, lots of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, a canopy, and sand toys - all of which we used every day. They have thought of everything. The resort itself is very clean and well managed. We loved the location and that is was right on the beach, and also not right in the busiest part of PCB. You MUST take advantage of the grocery stocking service the condo offers! It was the best thing! For a very small fee, someone met the grocery delivery people at the condo for us and put away all groceries, so by the time we arrived, we had all the groceries we needed for the week and they were put away so we could get right to the fun part of vacation! Carmen is like a part of our family now, and we will be back!
