Shoreline Towers 1046 - spacieuse de trois chambres avec vue sur la plage location !!

1046 est une unité spacieuse avec un grand salon et une cuisine ouverte, carreaux crème comptoirs, chaux des murs verts, un joli plafond de plateau et un ventilateur de plafond. Il y a un petit verre ronde table bistrot trouvé dans le coin de la salle à manger avec une petite vue sur le golfe et il y a aussi une belle vue sur le golfe de la 2ème chambre. unité entière est carreaux de céramique de peluche meubles de salon et grande enveloppe autour des fenêtres dans le salon. Il est un roi dans le maître, 2 reines et un roi dans la troisième chambre. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité! 4TV de, 3 DVD, et un dock iPod.

Perfect for us

This was a great place to stay! Convenient, close to the beach, close to shopping and entertainment, and easy to get checked in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I paid for a 3 bedroom unit and was informed the day before our arrival that we had been down graded to a 2 bedroom unit with only a $300 refund. I was ripped off and we were crammed in a small unit. Absolutely unacceptable. I should have been refunded much more than $300. We had to buy air mattresses and people had to sleep on the floor. I requested sheets for the sofa bed 3 times and never got them. Terrible experience

Loved the place and we had a great time! Listing should let you know about no tents and you have to rent umbrellas or chairs ( you can bring your own chairs).

It has a huge floor plan to where you didn't feel cramped and all the windows made it feel even bigger. It was stocked with everything you need. We are already planning our next trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 1046 and my Son's family stayed in Unit 1056. We felt that the condo was not cleaned to satisfaction. When we pulled out the sofa sleeper in Unit 1056 it was disgustingly dirty. So much so we had to vacuum before we could use it.In 1046 when a dining room chair was pulled out it had dried on food (macaroni and cheese). I had to take a paper towel and then wet rag to clean the chair.The baseboards in Master Bath 1046 were dirty and should have been mopped or wiped clean before our arrival.The Queen mattress in the second bedroom of Unit 1046 is more of a sofa sleeper mattress than a standard mattress. And was extremely uncomfortable.Then when going out to the beach there were rows and rows lined up as far as you could see either way Umbrella/Chairs. We paid premium price for access to the beach yet everyday it was difficult to get around the chairs and umbrellas and we had to walk nearly 1/4 mile down the beach to find an open spot to set up our chairs. I found this very disrespectful to your customers. I am disabled and had difficulty going out to the beach because of all the chairs and umbrellas. I understand that this beach umbrella/chair company has some kind of agreement with your complex but at the expense of your Condominium customers. Also you have signs posted that umbrellas are not allowed. That is completely unfair. Again, because of my disability I cannot be exposed to the sun for long periods so I need an umbrella to help shade me. But I wasn't allowed??? That is a BS rule. That beach is a public beach and you have no right to tell me I cannot bring my own umbrella out for my health reasons.I can honestly say we will not be back and I do intend to post on your website my negative review.

Our Unit was clean on arrival, as well as the grounds and beach. I’d also like to mention the office staff was very pleasant and welcoming.I will definitely stay here again and recommend Shoreline, Unit 1046 specifically, to others. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very disappointing

When we arrived there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The jet tub in the master bathroom did not work. We called the front desk 2 times and talked personally to 2 workers about our issue. We did not get a call back until the end of the trip. No one came to our room to fix the issue. We also submitted comments on VRBO with no response back. Also the double beds in one of the rooms were wore out and sunk in the middle when you latex on them. This was the first family trip we have been on since my son came home after being stationed in Germany with the military. I would not recommend this particular place to stay in. I was very disappointed. Our other VRBO rentals have been wonderful but not this one. Sorry for the negative response but this place was awful especially when you first arrive and there is dirty dishes yuck.

There was an issue with the refrigerator and they had it fixed within 24 hours. I would recommend this condo for sure!

One of the bed rooms had a very lumpy mattress with no box springs. Poolwas ok but nothing special. Could not get the condo temperature at a comfortable setting. Everyone was hot.It was ok but not a fun experience.

Great condo, terrible service

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down to the condo with 4 people under the age of 25 and 2 parents. We called the front desk upon arrival to tell them that we would be there slightly before the parents and they couldn't have been more rude. We not only got yelled at, but threatened to get the cops involved if we tried to enter the condo without our parents. We where trying to explain our situation but they refused to listen and would not stop screaming as I was trying to be as polite as possible. When our parents finally arrived that night, they where a little nicer but when we went to check out, they where very rude to us once more. The condo itself was very nice and clean but the service made our trip a negative experience.

Perfect vacation place! Wouldn't mind buying a unit and living there!

Not on par with other units and don't like new deposit

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Shoreline Towers six times over the years and love the location. This unit was in need of a thorough cleaning and would benefit from some updating to the kitchen and bathrooms. Hate the new deposit policy. Be aware they are very quick to charge your credit card for the $400 deposit and extremely slow in refunding it - we have been waiting over a month
