Beautiful south-facing updated canal-front home with heated pool and spa. Spend your days soaking up the Florida sun and at night enjoy your meals in our waterfront screened in lanai. The luxury house is equipped with three comfortable bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. Enjoy looking for dolphins, manatees and other wildlife from the dock. The open floor plan flows from the fully equipped modern kitchen into the comfortable living area with large TV. This is not your average property. Come enjoy your time in paradise!

Wow!!!! What an amazing stay. This is one of the nicest Vrbo’s that we have stayed at. It came FULLY stocked with everything you could need. We spent the whole time enjoying the outdoor lanai and loved the view of the canal. The host was awesome and always responsive to any questions we had before/during our stay. We absolutely would stay here again on our next trip to Cape Coral!!

Incredible house. The outdoor furniture is newer and more updated even than what the pictures show. Incredibly clean, great communication from the host throughout the week, and the pool and hot tub made it hard to leave the house! Close to everything you could need in terms of stores and restaurants. The check out date feature on the Roku’s was awesome for logging into all of our streaming services. Every room including the outdoor area had a smart TV. All the amenities you could ask for, even once you didn’t think to bring yourself! Cooler for the beach, zip lock bags to pack sandwiches, all toiletries you could need and any kitchen utensil or pool toy you could imagine. Would love to come back!

Absolutely Perfect Stay! Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! The home was immaculate and exactly as described—if anything, it was even better in person. It is beautifully and professionally decorated, incredibly comfortable, and so well stocked. The kitchen is fabulous and had everything we could possibly need.Our host truly went above and beyond. We had a travel snafu on our first day, and he could not have been more gracious or accommodating while we worked through it. Communication was excellent before and throughout our entire stay, and we always felt well taken care of.The location is fantastic, and we felt completely at home from the moment we walked through the door. This is one of those places you’re genuinely sad to leave.We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

The location was great and the house and pool was clean and in great shape. Loved the lanai and the tv they had there. Got to see a dolphin and a gator in the canal which was awesome. Definitely will go back. Jonathan was a great host and answered a few question in a very timely manner. I would recommend this house to everyone.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, we especially liked the entire outdoor living area! The house was equipped with everything we needed, and was located in the perfect area to explore the entire Fort Myers area. Jon was very quick to reply to messages, we would definitely recommend the house!

This property is lovely and very well maintained. The house is immaculate and well appointed. New appliances, comfortably furnished, and clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely outdoor area, lounging in the pool, and cooking on the grill. I highly recommend this vacation rental, looking forward to returning soon.

We had a couple of minor issues with the pool equipment when we checked in due to the previous renters, but Jon and his team jumped on it immediately and worked diligently to get everything resolved. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding—easily the best we've experienced with any vacation rental. We always knew what was happening, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.Once everything was taken care of, we made full use of the saltwater pool and spa, and they quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We spent countless hours outside enjoying the peaceful setting, watching the water, and soaking in the beautiful view. It was exactly the relaxing vacation we were hoping for.The house itself is beautiful and was exactly what our family was looking for. It was comfortable, exceptionally well maintained, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect—quiet enough to unwind, yet close to everything Cape Coral has to offer.From booking to checkout, the entire process was seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with an owner who truly goes above and beyond.

My now fiancé and I had a wonderful time here! It was so homey while still being a fun place to be. The pool and hot tub were everything! The couches outback were definitley a bonus. So much room here it really is a beautiful well equipped home. Made cooking together very easy! Check in and Check out was incredibly smooth. Loved the house so much we mainly just stayed there instead of exploring the city! Will definitley be coming back as it is so beautiful I proposed to my FIANCE!!! So exciting. 10/10 recommend

top notch rental, would recommend to anyone. Host was easy to get ahold of for questions. outdoor furniture under Laini was very good quality and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, and furniture in great room were large and comfortable. This is the 3rd time we've VRBO stayed in SWFL and only the 1st time we didn't deal with ants in the house. Great house
