Ce spacieux condo non-fumeur au 2e étage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est situé directement sur les plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Le salon a toutes les nouvelles tuiles, les 2 chambres disposent de moquette et la cuisine, la salle à manger, les bains, la buanderie et les couloirs sont carrelés pour un entretien facile. La cuisine récemment rénovée vous fera vous sentir comme chez vous avec une grande mijoteuse et également un airpot pour garder le café au chaud ainsi qu'un gaufrier belge commercial. La laveuse et la sécheuse pleine grandeur font du linge un jeu d'enfant. Le salon et la chambre principale ont des portes-fenêtres menant à un balcon privé de 30 'donnant sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Ce condo peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes, avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, 2 lits queen dans la chambre d'hôtes et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The condo was even better than we expected - very clean and spacious with comfy furnishings and beds. The kitchen had every small appliance you could need (we actually used the Belgian waffle maker), updated major appliances(although the electric stove top was super slow to heat up) with loads of dishes and counter and cabinet space.There are multiple hooks in entry hall for hanging gear and damp things. A/C worked efficiently and ceiling fans were appreciated. The location on the beach had a beautiful view from the enormous balcony and was off the beaten track, so it wasn't crowded at all. The location in the building was convenient to beach access (2nd floor, so we avoided the elevator most of the time). Pool area was clean and uncrowded despite the smallish size of the pool itself. Cons: Grill is not in the pool area as stated and we had to hunt it down - it's actually at one end of the building near the parking lot. Hot water takes a long time to arrive, so expect to wait for it (we hate wasting water like that). We did not realize the beach chair and umbrella set up was not reserved specifically for the unit with our name on it, so each day we had to hunt around for a free one, and go out early to nab it. (Although the young man attending them was very helpful and friendly.)

Perfect Beachfront Getaway!My family and I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront condo, and it was everything I was hoping for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we could need for a relaxing stay.The location couldn't have been better—just steps from the beach, so we spent our days lounging by the water and evenings watching the sunset right from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals.If you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful escape, this condo is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

Great condo

Condo was only steps away from the beach and had everything you need for a home away from home. Loved the extra towel hooks in bathrooms and hallway (it’s the small things!). Complimentary beach service was great and the beach attendant was so nice and friendly. A very polite young man! No lobby here but really didn’t one with check in info texted and emailed to you. Overall great stay.

Property is a must!

The location was perfect, directly on the beach only steps away from the ocean. We have five children ranging from 2 yrs to 9 yrs and we had zero issues. Very convenient and easy getting from the property to the beach. Also, a large balcony with tons of room. Large sliding doors and windows across the entire condo! An umbrella and chairs are free which are a must! You have the option of renting a paddle board which we did. The condo also had some kids toys which my kids loved! Everything was perfect and we would definitely go again.

Great for the whole family!

We are a family of 7. Kids ages 13-4 and we all had a wonderful time. Great size kitchen and living space. Perfect waterfront views with a huge balcony. White powdery sand beach with crystal clear water. We will definitely be back!

Love this condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like this place. It is our 3rd time renting this condo and it feels like home and vacation all rolled into one. The complex could use some outside renovations but a resident there told me they will be doing some soon. It is beautiful and well decorated. It has all the amenities we needed except could use some leftover containers since we like to cook at the condo most of the time. The view is the BEST! and it is a very short trip to pool or especially the beach!! We had a problem with the internet but Brooks and Shorey employees did their best to have it fixed ASAP. Thank You! I would recommend it.

Great Place

My family had a nice stay at this property in July 2023. The unit overall is well taken care of, clean, and close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook. Be aware, there is no Keurig so make sure you bring old fashion coffee. The property has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is right down the hall for the stairs and elevator. There was plenty of parking. We received 2 beach chairs with our stay and it's nice not needing to bring your own. We had an issue with our freezer, we called and they had the issue resolved within a few hours. My only complaint is there isn't much to do within walking distance of the condo, and there isn't even a sidewalk in front of it. My favorite thing about this was how small the complex was, it made parking easy, no wait for the elevator, and being that it's a small complex the beach wasn't super busy! Thanks for a great week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: FIVE STAR RENTAL. Absolutely no issues. Good communication with the host, very friendly staff at the location. Stunning views of the gulf from the oversized balcony, with access to the master. Very clean. Plenty of room for a family. 10 min drive to all that Destin has to offer. Just a few steps to the elevator/stair tower, with direct access to the beautiful beach. You won't be disappointed. We will stay again.

Fabulous 50th birthday at Surf Dweller 205

My family and I had a WONDERFUL time at Surf Dweller 205. The Brooks and Shorey team was fantastic with communication and questions. The kitchen was amazing (very well equipped!). At some point since booking, the Keurig machine must have broken because they had a regular coffee maker upon arrival and we had brought a large bag of k-cups but the Publix is nearby. Very comfortable living room and kitchen furniture. I was worried about the master bed based on some comments from previous guests but it was great. The bedroom furniture, bathroom accessories, amount of outlets, etc. were all much appreciated. All so very nice! There is definitely a dryer problem that needs to be addressed (takes forever to dry a regular load). But so glad to have the washer and dryer (just too much time spent doing small loads). I was not surprised though based on previous comments. The porch is very nice but the stools looked like they were falling apart so we avoided them. But there was plenty of seating. The large orange chair was super comfortable!! Excellent AC. Excellent views. Very short walk to the beach. Two beach chairs and umbrella were readily available every day. Great attendant. The one elevator was broken but the adjacent one was operational. The condo is very close to the steps and just one flight up. The community carts were a lifesaver for both the days we arrived and departed. Thank you Brooks and Shorey team for a fabulous 50th birthday celebration. Beautiful condo!
