Further down the hall, beyond the columned elegance of the dining and living areas, lie two queen bedrooms. The maximum occupancy for this property is strictly limited to 8 guests at any time. This includes adults, children, and infants.

2. Reservation Details
The reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests. Any changes to the number of guests must be approved by the host prior to check-in.

3. Unauthorized Guests
No unauthorized guests are allowed on the property. If the host discovers more than 8 guests on the property, it will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

4. No Events or Parties
Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Host Verification
The host reserves the right to verify the number of guests at any time during the stay.

6. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum to respect the neighboring properties.

7. Compliance
Non-compliance with these occupancy rules will result in immediate eviction from the property, with no refund for the remaining nights.
