The Space:

- Resort-style backyard featuring a shared saltwater pool and a gas BBQ grill for ultimate relaxation under the Arizona sun.

- Entertainment zone loaded with indoor and outdoor games, including cornhole and our guest-favorite classic Pac-Man arcade machine.

- Eco-friendly upgrades that I am very proud of, including a beautiful xeriscaped yard, solar panels, and an on-site EV charger (available for a $20 daily fee).



Inside the Home

- Living Room: I designed this open concept space to be incredibly inviting, featuring comfortable lounge seating, central A/C to beat the heat, a large smart TV, and plenty of room to gather.

- Kitchen: Cooking for a group is a breeze in this fully remodeled, large kitchen equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you could need.

- Bedrooms: The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three cozy bedrooms. Two rooms feature spacious Queen beds, while the third offers a snug Double bed that works wonderfully for a single adult or two younger travelers.

- Bathrooms: Getting ready is easy with three completely remodeled, sparkling clean bathrooms so everyone has plenty of space and privacy in the morning.



Need to Knows

- Shared Outdoor Space: The backyard and pool area are shared with a separate, detached casita on the property. The casita guests have their own private yard space but are welcome to use the main pool area as well.

- Sleeping Arrangements: While we accommodate six guests, the third bedroom's Double bed might be a bit of a tight squeeze for two taller adults, so please plan your sleeping arrangements accordingly!

- Parking Logistics: You will have one designated parking spot on your side of the shared driveway. If you have a second vehicle, street parking is available.

- Desert Elements: During the summer, sudden strong winds can occasionally blow leaves into the pool or bring native desert insects near the home. I have professional cleaners and pest control out weekly, and I always leave a pool skimmer handy for quick touch-ups between their visits so you can always enjoy the water.

- Wi-Fi Coverage: We provide fast 292 Mbps internet, but depending on your device, the signal can sometimes drop slightly in the enclosed bedrooms compared to the wide-open main living areas.



Guest Access:

I want your arrival to be as seamless as possible, so you will enjoy self check-in using a secure front door keypad.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located on West Glenrosa Avenue in the cozy, historic North Encanto neighborhood right in the heart of Central Phoenix. I absolutely love the beautiful culture, mature trees, and distinctive architecture here. You will be just a quick 10-minute walk from the famous Melrose District, which is packed with fantastic vintage shops, trendy cafes, and great nightlife.



Getting Around:

Phoenix is a sprawling city, so having a personal car or using rideshare apps like Uber is definitely the best way to explore! Depending on traffic, you are just a 15-minute drive from Downtown Phoenix, 15 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport, and about 20 minutes from the stunning hiking trails at Camelback Mountain.



Other Things to Note:

To keep things running smoothly, a refundable security deposit is required (just reach out to me to confirm the amount). Because we love our neighbors and want to be respectful of the casita guests, we strictly enforce quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Lastly, to maintain the pristine condition of the home, we have a strict no pets, no smoking, and no parties policy.

While self check-in gives you total privacy to settle in, I pride myself on being a highly responsive host! I am always just a quick app message, text, or phone call away if you need any local recommendations or run into any questions during your stay.
