This contemporary farmhouse, tucked away on a private hilltop in the beautiful New England countryside, offers breathtaking sunset views, as well as a spacious interior that has been thoughtfully decorated, and desirable amenities that allow guests to feel right at home.

The Space: The Art House, named for its one-of-a-kind art pieces, offers ample space for relaxing, both inside and out. Inside the home, guests will find three bedrooms: one king (second level), and two queens (on on the main level, and one on the second level). The dedicated workspace, also located on the second level, is the perfect place to catch up on work or a good book. Outside, guests are invited to relax on the fully furnished front porch, or on the back patio, where they will be greeted by a firepit, an outdoor dining table, and grill. Both areas provide a spectacular view of the area's beautiful sunsets, and serve as the perfect place to gather after returning from the day's adventures.

* Please note: 4WD/ AWD vehicles are highly recommended for those visiting during the winter months, as the property is located at the top of a long, steep driveway.
*Window AC units are placed in each of the three bedrooms, as well as the workspace, living room, and dining room during warmer months.
*Guests who wish to stay longer than 14 days must sign a separate lease agreement.
