We couldn't have been happier with Anne's home. This historic family getaway is the most ideal way to experience Nantucket. The house was absolutely charming, minutes from the beach and town of 'Sconset, and has a lovely view of the ocean. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the cute back porch area. Anne's house also had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation -- towels, chairs, grill, and such. Plus, it was spotless. We would be so happy to return!
Eastward Look is perhaps the most iconic cottage in Sconset, appearing on countless postcards and watercolors. Staying here, you're experiencing something timeless: the shells on Front Street, the banks of wildflowers and sweet peas, tourists and couples strolling by. Everything works perfectly for a stay at the beach. The Market is steps away for provisions. The kitchen is basic but very functional, and the beautiful porch and side yard, both with extensive ocean views over codfish park, are perfect places to share a meal. Bookcases full of Nantucket lore for rainy days. Beds and bedrooms are classic cottage style. We loved it and will return.
