Situé à 0, 6 miles de la plage la plus proche (idéal pour la pêche et la conduite sur la plage). 1. 2 miles à Surfside Beach et 2. 4 miles à Main Street. Isolé dans les pins, avec accès à la piste cyclable et aux transports en commun à proximité. Lumière naturelle brillante partout, intérieur en pin fini et plafond cathédrale dans la cuisine. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Salle de bain complète avec douche et laveuse-sécheuse. Chambre confortable et salle de télévision avec câble, WIFI et canapé-lit. Grand espace extérieur avec douche extérieure, terrasse, mobilier extérieur et barbecue à gaz. Un endroit parfait pour toutes les saisons.

Lovely cottage near Surfside

Michael and Clair's cottage was the perfect home away from home for our family while visiting Nantucket. They gave us excellent recommendations and their property was immaculate. The location right on the bike path was a huge bonus - easy bike ride to Surfside beach, Cisco Brewers, Bartlett's Farm, and the Discovery Playground to name a few. Nantucket adventure

My friend and I spent 4 nights at this amazing property. The house was wonderful and provided every possible convenience. The décor was warm and welcoming. Clair & Michael were so welcoming and gracious to us. We found their recommendations about restaurants and places to visit, helped us to make the most out of our visit to Nantucket. Would give this property our highest praise!!

Wonderful Secluded Stay

Just as perfect as we remembered

This cottage is a true gem in Nantucket and we were thrilled to return this year. Clair had thoughtfully included everything we could possibly need during our stay, including toddler supplies. We can’t wait for our next trip.

Excellent Stay in Beautiful Cottage

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The owners were fantastic—so friendly and responsive, and they made everything so simple. Communication was seamless, and they were always available if we needed anything. The property itself is wonderful; the cottage was well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Our new “home away from home” on Nantucket! Photos on the listing do not do it justice; the house is perfectly clean, charmingly beautiful, and perfectly maintained. Could not be more perfect - hosts Michael and Claire are lovely and welcoming and have thought of everything you could need in a vacation rental (even stocked us up with firewood to use the fire pit!) and they live in a separate house nearby so they were accessible for any help we needed (recommended beaches based on the wind patterns, Michael helped us with a bike repair). We biked everywhere from the house and it was a very convenient, short bike ride to all of our destinations. We canceled our dinners out because we just wanted to enjoy the beauty of the house and outdoor dining under the stars (and you can hear the ocean waves)! The path to the house and the yard is filled with solar-powered outdoor lighting which made the yard feel magical and lit our path home after dark. Will absolutely be returning to this beautiful home with more family and would be perfect for children too.

Perfect Accomodations

Perfectly located to access the entire island. Grill, fire pit and beach chairs and towels provided. Beads and showers were great. Our friends stayed in town and spent most of their time with us.

The ideal ACK cottage!

Perfection is the word to describe this cottage. It’s a quintessential Nantucket cottage with all the charm, but also updated, extremely clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay on my vacation. Michael and Clair are also the perfect hosts and have thought of everything a guest would ever need while visiting - the cottage has every household, beach, grill and kitchen amenity and that you need and more. I can’t wait to go back!

Amazing property

Our stay at this beautiful cottage was everything we wanted. It was secluded, clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you would need if you plan to cook. We loved the outdoor area and fire pit and took advantage of that after dinner to relax and enjoy each others company. And we all appreciated a good nights rest in the very comfortable bedding. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quality stay away from it all.

Great Property, Great Location

Great communication with the lovely owners; they provided plenty of information prior to check in. The house has all the amenities and supplies you could want. Very quiet - you can hear the waves at night and the birds and horses in the morning. We also loved the outdoor fire pit! Great two week stay!

Five Stars Near Surfside

It’s hard to imagine how the hosts could have made this cottage more comfortable or more welcoming. It is beautifully appointed; the kitchen is well equipped; the outdoor area is warm and inviting; and the hosts have anticipated the guests’ every need. The hosts are next door, so readily available but respectful of privacy. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful experience

From booking until departure, we had a perfect long weekend in Nantucket. Michael and Clair were so helpful with recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. the cottage was perfection - fully stocked with everything you could want or need and high end linens and towels. Beautiful attention to detail and design while being extremely comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend staying here.

Five stars is not enough

Property is very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Large nicely kept front yard with patio furniture is perfect for outdoor dining, bbq-ing or just relaxation. Property owners live in the same neighborhood and were very helpful and responsive. This property exceeded my expectations and I truly recommend it anybody who is looking for a clean, well equipped cottage in a beautiful setting.

Sweet, sweet cottage

Mike and Claire are the perfect host. The cottage has everything you would ever need. This was our third summer here at the cottage. Perfect for my husband and I along with my son and his wife. We look forward to returning next year.
