Nouvelle maison dans un quartier calme, à la fin de l'emplacement cul-de-sac surplombant le 18e vert de Miacomet Golf Club, voté # 1 Cours de la Nouvelle-Angleterre par ANPTG en 2014. Adjacent à des centaines d'acres de terre de conservation, et à seulement 15 min à pied de meilleures plages de la côte sud de l'île. Seules des mesures à Miacomet Golf Club & Restaurant, à pied de Cisco Brewery and Bartlett Farm Store. Juste verges au chemin Miacomet vélo et l'île Bus Route. Deux suites de maître, une à chaque étage. Climatiseur central, planchers de bois franc partout, ponts en acajou, tous les cuisine en granit avec des appareils haut de gamme (Wolf, Liebherr, Bosch). Cinq salles de bains en granit personnalisé / carrelage / marbre et rayonnante chaleur étages. Douche extérieure et un grand cèdre, jardin paysagé avec foyer. Belle vue panoramique sur le golf, la conservation des terres et l'océan. 12 personnes, idéal pour 2 familles.

L'entrée de l'étage principal au centre de la zone de séjour avec FP de gaz et portes françaises menant à un grand porche couvert / terrasse et jardin paysagé privé. Deux reine RB avec salle de bains bains complètes. Chambre double avec salle de bain complète ci-joint (baignoire / douche). Plafonds à 9 pi en plus tout au long du premier étage. Entrée latérale à travers salle de boue avec laveuse et sécheuse. Fini, walk-out niveau inférieur avec plafonds de 9 pieds, grand salon / rec commun avec TV grand écran, et une grande BR avec deux ensembles de lits superposés, beaucoup de lumière naturelle et d'une salle de bain complète avec deux vasques.

Étage supérieur spacieux, cuisine ouverte avec îlot et la péninsule sièges, Salle à manger et salon avec plafond cathédrale et 60 "TV grand écran. Portes françaises à la terrasse surplombant le 18e vert et beau vue sur l'océan. Master suite avec la reine, salle de bain complète avec double vasque, walk-in et terrasse privée «Juliette» avec de belles vues sur l'océan. Une alcôve bureau avec bureau, une salle d'eau, cellier et complètent l'étage principal de la vie.

Fabulous family home!

The kitchen and main living area is the heartbeat of this home. We all cooked together, dined together, and did puzzles together. The fire pit was a nice spot to make s’mores and enjoy being outdoors. The back yard allowed us perfect space to play corn hole, whiffle ball and do yoga. A terrific week!

We had a magical stay!

The owner and caregiver were so wonderful and communicative. The house was walking distance to Cisco Beach, Cisco Brewery and a quick drive into town. The house was new, bright and beautiful. We can't wait to return!

No Mulligan needed beautiful home and great location

Bill was very accommodating and helpful. We have now stayed at ”The Mulligan” two years in a row and really love it. There is easy access to Bartlett farm, Cisco, and many of the beaches. The home is beautiful and the view over Miacomet golf course is spectacular. Great for families.

Perfect getaway

We love Nantucket and really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great location (near Bartlett Farm and Cisco Brewery) and met all of our needs. Bill Grambo was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. The house is large and can accommodate several families. We have young children (4, 2, 2) and my only feedback is that there weren’t a lot of activities in the house for kids that age on a rainy day. But we managed to entertain them! We look forward to staying again next summer.

Picture Perfect

This house is everything you want in a rental. This is our 4th time renting this location and every time it has not disappointed. Brand new home, with beautiful design, open floor plan which is very functional, Convenient location from downtown and Cisco. Top it all off it has a great view of the golf course. I won't stay anywhere else on the island!

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Mulligan house. It is large enough for people to have their own space with a cozy feel to main living space when we are all together. Bill Grambo was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. We love Cisco beach and the house is very close to both Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery and Cisco beach. A short drive or bike ride into town. House was immaculate and had all the necessary accommodations for the beach, i.e. towels, chairs, etc. Overall, a great house in a great location. This is our second year renting here.

Perfect Nantucket rental, great for groups and large families

Great house! We had our family of 2 teenagers plus my older parents and the house was just perfect for a week on Nantucket. Brand new house with tempurpedic beds, great linens, high end appliances, web connected TV's and more. Great layout and separation of all of the bedrooms allowed for max privacy and different sleep schedules to mesh together in peace. We rented bikes and had them delivered to the house. Perfect location and close to Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Bewery and great beaches. Close to bike path that connects all over the island. Owner was great in giving us great tips and recommendations for our first ever visit to ACK. We will be back again!

Great Family Home

Our family enjoyed this home for a week. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The home was very clean and everything you needed in the kitchen. So much room to spread out. Loved the sleeping arrangements, the second floor kitchen, family room, deck with grill overlooking the golf course, the yard was great for baseball games etc. Convenient to Bartlett Farms, Cisco Brewery, beaches, and bike path. We enjoyed picking strawberries at Bartlett Farms, the pirate treasure walk leaving from the Nantucket Inn, food trucks at Cisco Brewery, Children’s Beach, golf course, and the many restaurants. A few favorites were Dune, Staight Warf and Brotherhood of Theives with the children. It was a great week! Thank you Bill for being so accomadating!

Magical Nantucket Stroll weekend

We had another fantastic stay at this location. Everything was perfect....can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! Plenty of settings for dinner that we cooked in Friday night, smart TVs (that were perfect for hooking up to the kids shows) and comfy beds. Made it great for our big group! Thanks again Bill & Val!

Perfect home!

We loved everything about our stay in this home for Thanksgiving weekend. House was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner with the large table and the amazing kitchen was perfect! We really could not have asked for a better location as well. Thank you for sharing your home. We can't wait to come back!

Swayze Drive - amazing !

We had a group stay at 13 Swayze this fall and highly recommend the property. Proximity to so many areas is fantastic (is anything on the island really that far away?!) The layout of the house with multiple living areas really lets you spread out and have separate spaces. A bathroom for each bedroom - so convenient. The property has a great yard and porches - so relaxing! Less than a minute walk to the first tee at Miacomet, and a longer but manageable walk to Cisco. Fantastic property - thanks again!

Wonderful house! Great location!

Our family of 7 adults and 3 kids loved our stay at 13 Swayze's Drive. The house was clean, comfortBle and well laid out. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, the open living space, the views, the outdoor shower and the fire pit. One evening we walked through the yard to the Miacomet Golf Club restaurant for a lovely dinner. We have stayed in multiple houses in Nantucket over a 40 year period, and we think this one was the best-located. We biked to town and to the beach and pond, and it was a very short drive to Cisco Brewery, 167 fish store and Bartlett's Farm. We loved the short trip to the airport. We would love to come back!

Perfect Nantucket experience

We had a amazing three week vacation at this lovely home. The house and yard were beautiful and pristine. We had no issues during our long stay. We look forward to returning to 13 Swayze soon!

Awesome home, perfect location!

We have rented three homes on Nantucket and while all were lovely, the Mulligan is by far our favorite. The home is new and well thought out. We had 7 adults and three kids 10 - 13 and having the bunk room and separate hangout space was perfect for both groups! The location is perfect, mid island and close to Cisco beach, Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Brewers and more. The ocean view and the golf course were both beautiful to wake up to. The house has everything you could need in the house and for trips to the beach. Both Bill and Val for helpful with questions! We hope to return next year!

Wonderful Daffodil Festival Weekend visit!

Nine of us (7 adults and 2 children) stayed at this home during the recent Daffodil Festival weekend. The house was everything we had hoped for in a long weekend rental. We were 3 couples, 1 single and 2 children and having the 4 main bedrooms was perfect for the adults and the kids loved the downstairs bunk room! Also, having bathrooms for each bedroom allowed a maximum amount of privacy for all of us. The upstairs living room/kitchen/dining area is just beautiful - wide open and spacious - and with gorgeous views of the golf course and the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all of the dishes and cooking items we needed and the appliances are top-of-the-line. It was a bit windy and cool during our stay so we weren't able to fully enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces this home offers. There's a nice outdoor fire pit area in the side yard, a spacious deck off the upstairs kitchen/dining area with a grill and also a lovely sitting area off the main level living room area. This home is on a cul-de-sac and seemed very private and quiet during our stay. It's also walking distance to the golf course and clubhouse. We enjoyed a lovely birthday dinner for my Mother one evening at the clubhouse restaurant and then walked home the 2-3 minute walk up the path behind the house. Bill was very helpful and easy to work with. He answered many questions we had about the house as well as Nantucket itself. We will definitely rent this home again on our next visit to Nantucket!

We are a professional couple with 3 grown children who enjoy outdoor activities, especially golf, biking, hiking, sports, swimming and the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have always enjoyed the Cape and Islands, especially Nantucket, where we have vacationed many times. We decided to buy this lot and build this home as a second home, and designed it specifically with the intent of being able to accommodate our 3 children visiting, even as they begin families of their own. We especially like the location because everything on the island is easily accessible, yet it is quiet and restful in this area, with the golf course, the conservation land, and the beautiful but very lightly populated beaches nearby.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is an ideal vacation rental for multiple families and/or multi-generational families vacationing together. There are a wide variety of activities that are available to suit everyone's taste, from relaxing on the Deck or on the Patio with the Fire Pit, to Golfing, Biking, walking to the Beach, strolling over to Cisco Brewery, or heading into Town for shopping or eating at any of the many top quality shops and restaurants. There are multiple gathering areas in the home, from the lower level Living/rec Room, to the Living Rooms on the Main Floor or Second Floor, the Decks or gather around the Fire Pit on the patio. Plenty of opportunity and space for everyone to gather together, but also the ability for the younger crowd to have some space away from the more mature vacationers (or vice versa!). With the main living space on the second floor, the panoramic views of the golf course, open conservation land and the ocean are beautiful and very relaxing.
