Welcome to Ohana Ocean House - where you'll enjoy GULF VIEWS, PRIVATE HEATED POOL (additional pool heating fees apply), and a complimentary 6-seat golf cart for EASY BEACH ACCESS! Enjoy 5 BEDROOMS/ 5 BATHROOMS, 3 SOUTH FACING DECKS AND AN ELEVATED POOL! The top level has a spacious open-concept kitchen, living, and dining room. The Gulf-facing wall is all windows and doors and leads out to one of the 3 decks. The fully equipped kitchen has QUARTZ countertops with ample seating at the large Island. The house is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and a double oven. The top level also has a King BR suite with a private bathroom, TV, gulf views, and a private south-facing Deck. The 1st level has 4 bedrooms with televisions and 4 baths. 3 of these bedrooms have King beds, Ensuite Bathrooms, and private access to the Pool Deck. The 5th bedroom is the custom Bunk room with 2 full beds 2 twin beds and a television. Steps away from the pool on the second level, there is a morning bar with a full-size refrigerator and sink. The Ground Floor has an indoor entrance stairway with a storage room. An enclosed shower is located under the home and there's ample room for parking under the home. About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
