This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a full meal to a simple snack. We provide all the dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, and bakeware we think you'll need. If we are missing something - let us know!



The living room area is a great place for everyone to gather. Consisting of an oversized sectional sofa & 2 extra squishy floor pillows! Our 65-inch Roku Smart TV and electric fireplace gives this living space the comfy, cozy space you need to unwind! You can access the covered backyard patio with an additional 1200+ sq. feet of paved patio space, too! Enjoy a game of cards or dominoes with your friends/family at this great entertaining space!

We provide the farmhouse feel without the actual farm, offering a peaceful and cozy retreat. Ample outdoor seating under the covered porch and additional seating around a firepit. Lounge chairs for those that may want to lay out and soak in some sun, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs. Don’t forget the hot tub, too!



The backyard space allows families to spread out and have fun with some outdoor games or even throw the football around. We know you will enjoy this space just as much as we have.

Guest will have access to entire farmhouse and all the amenities!



FREE parking - 2 Carport spaces located directly behind the home as well as additional parking on the driveway if needed.



You will have a unique code assigned at check-in for keyless entry to the farmhouse. This allows everyone in your party entry without the hassle of keeping up with multiple keys!



You will receive check-in instructions prior to your stay with us.



The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood consists of larger lots of land and ample trees. Some neighbors with chickens, goats, pigs, horses, etc. Located near Tucker Farmhouse Wedding Venue.



This home is located off a short dirt road & about a 1/2 mile away from railroad tracks.



Getting Around:

A car is needed to get to where you are going. However, we do offer a couple of bicycles to ride around the neighborhood or maybe take with you on a beach day.



Other Things to Note:

- The Person booking MUST BE 25 years of age or older

- Quiet time is 11pm - 7am (Please respect our neighbors as you enjoy your stay)

- The hottub & all amenities are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hottub or other provided amenities)

- Maximum permitted occupancy is 8

-Security camera/doorbell is located at the back door for your safety. (Tampering with cameras or WiFi will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund)
