We absolutely love having return guests! We appreciate the compliments and feedback as we are are always striving to maintain the high standard of quality that we provide. We have invested a great deal to make sure the WiFi connection is fast & easy to access. Cell reception can be challenging depending on the service provider, given the concrete walls of most structures built close to the ocean. We are so happy to hear that our guests feel at home at our place and love having them come back again and again.

Each guest has a unique experience, perspective, & response to concerns. It is so unfortunate that you didn't simply reach out to tell me that there was a problem - I would have had new pans delivered to you that day. I've had only a handful of concerns from guests in 11 years of renting, and when they've contacted me, I've been able to resolve their concerns immediately. I never heard anything from you from the time of booking, until this review. The majority of my guests have had a wonderful time at our condo. I've received 130 reviews on VRBO and almost every one of them have rated our property 5-star, and just a few 4-star reviews. I don't recall ever receiving complaints before about the kitchen supplies, but I'm sure there are a few cookware items that need replacing. My housekeeper has already been there today to replace the scratched pan, and some cooking utensils. And it's true, many guests purchase spices and condiments and leave them, and since I'm not always there to clean out cupboards, sometimes things get overlooked, like cinnamon. It's unfortunate you had such a negative experience in the kitchen, but I certainly hope you enjoyed the other aspects of your vacation.
