Beach-a-holic is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo for up to 6 guests on the third floor of the M1 building in Redfish Village, a walkable community on Scenic Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Redfish Village has deeded beach access about 0.2 miles away, a complimentary seasonal beach shuttle, and a community pool, hot tub and grilling area.

The open living area has plenty of seating, a smart TV and doors to the private balcony. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker and a breakfast bar, with a dining table close by for meals together.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has two twin XL beds, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two more.

TRANSPORTATION
Redfish Village offers a complimentary seasonal electric shuttle to and from the beach access. One assigned garage parking space is included, and additional vehicles may use community parking with the parking pass provided in the unit. Golf carts are allowed with some restrictions and can't be parked at the deeded beach access.

Great Stay!

Very clean, lovely decor, great location, great communication with management. Just a couple of suggestions to enhance rental: Add Chair and Umbrella service to rental package Have a few beach towels in condo for renter use Leave a few coffee pods in kitchen for renters (they would be a sealed product and safe)

Refreshing Condo

The condo was beachy but refined. We had a lovely stay and the location to all-things Blue Mountain beach was excellent. The only thing we missed were coffee filters and the coffee maker has seen better days; the condo's mattresses are also starting to give. We especially loved the Redfish Village pool as well, when the beach option was too stormy.

Great Stay

We loved the condo. Great location.. very nice and clean. Only negatives: need new mattresses in twin bed room, need new hot water heater, need more signage in condo complex, need easier cable tv process- too hard to figure out Besides that.. we loved it..

Excellent, would highly recommend

Our family had an amazing time at Redfish Village! The "Beach-a-holic" property is immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area were perfect for our needs. The private beach access was incredibly convenient, and we loved spending time at the community pool and hot tub. The Blue Mountain Beach location is fantastic, with excellent restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The hosts were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

Our stay at Redfish Village was absolutely perfect! The property, "Beach-a-holic," is pristine, with a beautifully appointed kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable bedrooms. The master suite with its king bed and luxurious bath was a highlight. The community amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and private beach access, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location in Blue Mountain Beach is unbeatable, with great dining and activities nearby. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We can't wait to return! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We really loved the unit as it fit our family's needs well. We would have loved to have reserved the same unit for our trip back to the area this fall. Unfortunately the inability to access wifi during our stay hindered our vacation greatly. Due to the lack of assistance and communication from the property management company regarding this issue we won't be renting from CD again. Very disappointing experience.

Better Than Average

The beautiful ocean is about a five minute walk from the condo, you'll pass a quaint ice cream shop on your way that will help with the heat. Shuttles are available when you call the number however ours was out of order the first day and a half we were there, but was very efficient to have once it was up and running again. A playground and pool also made a perfect alternative to an evening swim for the kids and to get some energy out. The property was very clean and decorated with greenery everywhere. We all felt relaxed and carefree thanks to the near by restaurants like redfish grill. Their corn on the cob was shockingly delicious. Like, I didn't want to share with anyone.. it was hands down the best corn on the cob I've ever had! You may need to bring a bit more of your own supplies from home, our condo did not have a pizza cutter and had only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels with only 2 dish tabs. It all worked out but that was us being very conscious of how much we'd use. Also the app that holds all the vital information you'll need to get into your room was constantly freezing up and we almost couldn't get in the room when we arrived. I restarted my phone and the app worked just long enough to get the passcode for entry. That was a little scary as the concierge had already closed when we arrived. The app was frozen for the rest of our stay which I think is because of the internet service, however it all worked out but it should be noted to have your passcodes written down somewhere in case your app doesn't work once there. Over all it was a lovely week of bliss. We will be returning next year God willing! Thank you redfish!

Location great, unit nicely laid out, needs a good cleaning

I have stayed in Redfish Village before and knew we liked the location. Pretty easy walk to the beach for adults. The dishwasher smelled like fish (and had some pieces of seafood in the bottom and utensil caddy) so had to contact management who responded quickly. Dishes and some silverware were not super clean. A really good dusting including baseboards would be great! Unit is nicely laid out and beds were comfortable. I travel with my own soap, dish soap and laundry soap so did not use those at the unit. Some miss-communication on where to rent beach chairs - the Coastal Dreaming rental portal said one thing and another communication said another. Luckily we're able to cancel our first reservation after the first day and re-book at the Redfish private location. Better, more specific communication on the location of the actual unit would also be nice.

Renters Beware - Disapointing

CONSTANT HAMMERING joined by the occasional POWER SAW went on 3 of the 4 days of our stay. They offered no resolution & stated that the homeowners should not have to offer any compensation. The response I ultimately received: "Our homeowner will not be offering any type of compensation. . . I am the last person that will be responding to your messages, as like I mentioned, this matter is closed." Surely the HOA has some rules/fines as to noise violations & the mgmt co gets paid. NOTHING was offered, not even a small show of good faith. The hammering began Monday at 8:30am waking our guests and continued until 5pm, making napping, reading or any quiet time impossible. Coastal Dreamin claimed no knowledge of this ongoing construction. On Tues, they said they were going to move us to another unit, but once ready, they said it was rented, but they said the good news was that the hammering would stop on Tues. It continued on Wed and was going on when we left on Thurs. We would have booked another stay if this had been addressed in ANY way, but the utter disregard for our vacation, lack of integrity and care in treating others as you would want to be treated will prevent us from ever returning or recommending this property or any property that Coastal Dreamin manages.
