Studio Condominium #250 offers:
• 570 square feet with living space, sleeping area and a kitchenette.
• A queen bed separated from the living space area by sliding door. The sleeping space is adjacent to the kitchenette.
• The living area offers a sleeper sofa, comfortable chair, television, DVD player, desk, dresser, dining area and portable Air Conditioning unit.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a stove top. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
• The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Welcome to a spacious studio condominium with a forested mountain view at Palisades Tahoe Lodge. Located right on the slopes, this ski-in/ski-out cozy condo offers both comfort and convenience for your vacation. This spacious studio is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends.

Upon entry you will find the plush queen bed sleeping space, adjacent to the kitchenette. There is a slider if guests would like some privacy from the living area with mountain views. The fully equipped kitchenette provides guests the ease of ‘home-away-from-home’ with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven.

Past the sleeping zone is the living area that has a sleeper sofa and comfortable chair, television, DVD player, desk, and dresser. There is also a dining area that seats 3 to 4. This cozy common space creates an ideal setting for storytelling, relaxation and entertainment with a view of Palisades Tahoe. There is also a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

The full-size bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower.

Convenience is key at this Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals condo. You can park your car once and walk everywhere at the resort!
Enjoy the short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après, yoga classes, year-round food and art festivals, and so much more! In the summer, the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your outdoor enjoyment as can the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley. And you are located a quick drive to nearby summer Tahoe golf courses and just six short miles from beautiful Lake Tahoe, where you can experience the joy of Tahoe from the water in a kayak, boat, or even stand up paddleboarding!

In the winter you are mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe’s fabled KT-22 chairlift and 42 other chairs too.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.
