This spacious studio condominium is in a wonderful first floor location with convenient access to the outdoors you love. It is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends. Plus, it gives you incredible valley views and a ski-in/ski-out (hike-in-and-out) experience. You are close to the KT22 chairlift, Olympic House, Aerial Tram and more! The studio condominium has been updated and has the feel of a great getaway at Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals.

The kitchenette and living space are located in the first room – the bedroom and dining table in the next. The bedroom has a sliding door for privacy. The living space also has a comfy chair, television, and coffee table. The sleeper sofa adds a spot for family or friends. Art hangs throughout the condominium.
The kitchenette has newly updated granite counters and comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower with new tiles and a new granite countertop.

The location provides a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après, or a quick drive to several nearby Tahoe golf courses. In the summer, the Palisades Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your enjoyment, and so can the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. Don’t forget, at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property you are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe with 72 miles of shoreline and 22 miles of clear blue water to enjoy!

In the winter, enjoy the convenience of being in the center of all the alpine action! Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
