Welcome to our Colorado Classic Tri-Level Townhome! Immerse yourself in comfort with a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom haven just mins from Old Town and New Belgium and Odell breweries. Unwind in the luxurious King Bed, catch your favorite shows on the impressive 77" Samsung OLED TV, and enjoy the CO mountain air with a short walk 1 mile walk to Old Town, or relax on the 3rd floor deck complete w/ a cozy fireplace. We've eliminated all cleaning chores so you can enjoy a truly stress-free stay!

We hope you love this space as much as we enjoyed designing it! Step inside from the crisp Colorado air but still enjoy the outdoor feel complete with Aspen trees and Rocky Mountain design! The living area is a great place to relax after a day of exploring Fort Collins and sit down in front of the 65" Samsung QLED TV on the main floor OR hop upstairs to the entertainment room for a bigger 77" Samsung OLED experience! The third floor deck is complete with great views, great furniture for large groups and an outdoor fireplace! Please keep in mind that the third floor loft was originally designed to be a bedroom but is being used as an entertainment area.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, including modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area or head outside to the private patio.

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No parties or pets - No smoking - Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
