Perfect for families and respectful guests. This is a quiet home with enforced quiet hours. No parties or events allowed. Harmonious combination of Sunsets, soft sand and tranquil waves at your doorstep. The Acoustic camouflage of waves will drown out a lot of the noise and distractions of your life accompanied with a symphony of color to sing you to sleep. That is just a taste of your stay at this newly renovated 2 bedroom condo is right on the Madeira beach which was named 9th best U.S Beach by Trip Advisor in 2021, second in Florida only behind St. Pete Beach. A theme of coastal blue is woven though all the details of this beautiful 2 bedroom condo that can sleep 6 with a queen bed, sofa sleeper, bunk bed, full bed, full laundry in the unit as well as other beautiful touches that will make you feel right at home. New Keurig machine for coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening, from the wet bar, on the double balcony with 4 polywood rocking gliders. A storage closet that is full of every beach accessory you can imagine: 4 ‘Tommy Bahama’ chairs and cart, tent as well as numerous games and balls to make you beach days memorable. The double hurricanes in '24 did a number but Ocean Sands property used it as an opportunity to renovate the a large pool and hot tub area with new chairs, umbrellas and pavers: perfect for hot days and cool nights.The complex also has a beautiful Tiki hut and shuffleboard court. If you care to venture out, this condo is right in the middle of more than a dozen restaurants, and bars within walking distance that will tantalize everyone’s taste buds. Ocean Sands is just minutes from the famous John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk and Village. More than 100 merchants are located within the village including unique retail shopping, local fishing fleet, dolphin watching, boat rentals, parasailing, jet skiing and shelling tours as well as numerous, mouth watering restaurants that will make your vacation unforgettable! Madeira Beach is also home to many tourist activities and shops: Putt Putt, candy kitchen (Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa rave about) and ice cream... something for the children and kids at heart. This condo is located just a short, 30 minute drive to St. Pete/Clearwater International Airport, a less than 40 minute drive to Tampa International, less than an hour drive to the iconic Busch Gardens and perfectly located close to Phillies, Blue Jays, and Yankees spring training as well as 2 hours to get to Disney World!

The condo very was clean. Hosts extremely responsive. Beds were comfy. Beach views were AMAZING! The comfy rockers on the deck made sitting outside the BEST!! We appreciated the very nice beach equipment that we used daily.

Beach getaway

The place was beautiful along with the view. Great location with plenty of restaurants near by. Definitely will be going back here.

Awesome week in Madeira Beach!

This condo has a wonderful view of the Gulf! It has easy access to the beach and the pool/ hot tub area! The condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean! There was great communication and any questions I had were answered quickly! We had a wonderful time and would gladly stay here again!

Beautifully decorated and comfy condo! Has everything you would want or need! Amazing views of the Gulf, sunsets and “moonsets” over the water. The beach was wonderful and so many seashells awaiting discovery! Walkable restaurants nearby. To top it off the Host (Natalie) was great to work with and very responsive to any questions! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again!

Like a home away from home

Loved the idea of renting a condo being able to still have home cooked meals but basically in paradise being able to be looking out onto the beach which is why this is our second year in a row staying in this complex. We started off our stay both being sick and jet lagged for 4 days out of our 11 day stay but even that didn’t ruin the trip. We stayed inside being able to watch dolphins in the morning from the balcony enjoying our tea and coffee and being able to hear the waves. Most of our trip afterwards was spent either at the pool or on the beach. It’s very convenient having beach access from the garage as it’s not too packed which was surprising since it was 80-85 degrees and nothing but sun each day. Even with hurricane constitution happening during our stay we still enjoyed because of great communication to help plan out our days. We can’t wait to come back next year after all the work has been completed to enjoy another two weeks in relaxation.

Bliss on the Beach!!

This condo is beautiful and has one of the best beach views I have ever seen. Not only is there a view from the living room, but the master bedroom has it, too. I enjoyed the gliders on the deck and the closet out there is just full of beach items for adults and children. No need to bring your own towels, either. There are plenty! You do not need a car to enjoy the many restaurant/bar establishments. All you have to do is go across the street and you will find several of both. If you choose to make your own meals, there is everything you need in the well-stocked kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable(even the pullout couch) and there are large screen televisions in both bedrooms. The owner has been a joy to work with. She was responsive and helpful anytime I needed something. I really can't say enough good things about my whole experience. I guess saying I AM RETURNING sums it up!

This place was amazing!!! The VIEW!!!!The condo was very clean and equipped with anything you might need. There were restaurants in walking distance (good food) and there was a 7eleven right across the street. The trolley that runs up and down gulf boulevard was fantastic! Cheap and every single driver we had was amazing. Natalie and Walter, thank you! Hopefully you will let us rent from you again!
