This lovely property is in Knoxville's Historic District, close to downtown. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, I highly recommend this propertyâit's a five-star experience!
Very clean! Had everything we needed plus some. Very convenient to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and plan on using this location from now on.
We traveled to Knoxville to visit our son in college and this was a perfect place for us. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was extremely well appointed. Just minutes to get downtown (driving). Will definitely consider staying here again when we come to visit!!
We had a great stay!
We met Eddie outside one morning and enjoyed talking to him.
He made sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
We will definitely stay at his place again.
The house is really well done and has everything you need. It is in a great location with a large driveway! We had some problems checking into the house (not the host's fault at all), and the host went above and beyond to make sure we got in immediately (which was much appreciated after a 10 hr drive!). Would definitely recommend staying here to others!
Property is in a historic, quiet neighborhood as described. 10 minutes to downtown with easy access. Clean and very well appointed for a quiet weekend trip.
House was beautiful. It was clean, well stocked and had everything needed for weekend. It was in a great location close to downtown. Area was safe and quiet. Will definitely stay here again next year when we return for Heart concert
We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. Photos are a bit deceiving. And although the owner did a good job of communicating when we checked in, we were just beat from our trip and did not notify him until few days later of our concerns. That is our bad. Owners Bad was his response. Very difficult to talk to, and just kept saying this was his business. I did not formally ask for money back, was trying to tell him of our concerns. His book clearly states that if you cannot leave a 5 star review to please reach out....which I tried to do. but his responses were offensive. On day 3 I had bites all over me. Probably from previous guest/dog but not sure. Towels were very old and frayed, and the "sunroom" was filthy. I should have known the moment we entered, as it was an overwhelming smell of dog urine and he had several large fans moving. Cannot believe others have left high reviews.
This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint.
We had a wonderful stay at this North Knoxville cottage home. The home is located in a quiet older neighborhood along the Dogwood Trail which was perfect for walking our dogs. The home was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Host was very responsive and personable. It was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in over the past couple of years and we would definitely stay in again if and when we visit Knoxville.
Beautiful home situated in a unique and comfortable neighborhood. Very easy to get to downtown Knoxville or any surrounding attractions. All around, very smooth process to check in & out...thank you for a great weekend!
The house is very comfortable. It has a large kitchen, and the dining room and living room were very comfortable for us, even when our daughter and her husband visited. The only two issues were there weren't good knives for chopping and dicing that we could find, and the trash can in the kitchen cabinet was more than half full.
The location is great for Knoxville, and the parking was spacious enough for many cars. The beds were really comfortable, and the towels in the bathroom were some of the best we've used in a rental house. The bathroom has a very large vanity with plenty of counter space, and the shower had great hot water and really good pressure.
The owner is extremely accommodating and made sure everything was as it should be. We will definitely look to see if this house is available the next time we visit Knoxville.
Knoxville is my Home. I retired in 2022 and bought this home to VRBO out. This is a beautiful location and house and I was super excited to purchase it for this use. I try to be a perfectionist so im here to help with your stay.
