This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with one king bed, one queen bed, a twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The location is desirable with all of Keystoneâs attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever youâre ready to relax. Located right off the Keystone bike trail, and only about a mile walk to Mountain House base area or a quick shuttle ride to River Run Village, you can easily access world class skiing, and several bars and restaurants. This condo has a private hot tub, and The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including an additional complex hot tub, steam room, and a resort shuttle stop.
Just outside the front door is a ski closet for storage. Inside, the entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen, smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa. Just off the living area is a private deck offering a private hot tub with beautiful mountain views. The living area features beautiful wooded views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating. Beautiful primary bath, quartz countertops in the kitchen, and private laundry.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features quartz countertops and new appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the main living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also a private washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with quartz countertops and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a twin-sized bunk bed and a queen bed. The second full bathroom features a shower/tub combination and quartz countertops.
Please note that this property includes an external Ring camera facing out the front and back door of the condo for security purposes.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
