This was a perfect vacation location. Check in was easy, parking was easy to access. It was nice being close to all the amenities the little resort had to offer. Condo was the perfect size. Would highly recommend.

Very clean condo but there were a few broken items upon our arrival- screens in the windows and fans. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals easily. We were disappointed that there was no outdoor seating on the balcony as we enjoy drinking our coffee looking at the Mountain View and we just had to stand out there. The other issue for us was the additional cost for parking. The parking garage is very tight and had limited space this weekend especially if you had a larger vehicle. We were also surprised to see the additional daily fees for parking. We ended up paying quite a bit in parking fees because we had to park in the lot across from the condo. Just something to take into consideration when planning and budgeting for your trip. The parking garage fee is less for the week but you need a smaller vehicle to park in there. Overall, it was a great location and we loved being able to walk over to River Run Village for shopping and dinner. The gondola ride and hike at the top was excellent!

Parking is managed by the building HOA/resort and is outside of our control, including the availability and pricing of overflow parking. Overall incredible stay!

The place was absolutely stunning! The view was spectacular, walking distance for the slopes, place to store your equipment, tons of games, cooking supplies, and so much. Not only was the stay amazing, but their communication was unparalleled. They were quick to respond, and they provided all information about the place upfront to ensure a easy and seamless stay. I highly recommend!!

Great Condo! Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. The location is perfect with about a 5 min walk to the Gondola. The two rooms provided enough space and the living area was large enough to spread out and hang out. The very large dining room table offered a great place to play games with the family. The pool and hot tub were great and the kids enjoyed playing billards in the lobby. We took advantage of the ski locker and stored two sets of skis and two snowboards also. The parking garage offered easy load-in and load out. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc. They have a regular coffee pot (not a Kuerig) and when we stayed there was no "left behind" coffee but plenty of filters. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous area, well maintained

The property is great, comfortable beds, clean, great communication. The only downfall would be the appliances. The oven never fully heated to the temp needed. However, being so close to the village and gondola were fantastic!

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
