Everything with the condo was great. The only hiccup during our stay is that the gate guard was not around when we arrived, so we sat at the gate for about 15 minutes before we could get access.

Very beautiful. Had booked a cottage along the lagoon, but suddenly couldn't get it because of bug spraying...so was placed in the condo building. Very nice but constant construction was loud and echoed throughout the building all day, every day. Would like to return but will think twice because of these 2 unexpected events.

Great location, cool property

Let's start with the lagoon - there are a ton of fish in it and we spent every night watching them from the observation deck (there are a couple of lights in the lagoon that the fish like to circle). There are all shapes as sizes, even a couple of lobster. There are two kayaks that you can take out as well. The property was well maintained and perfect for the three of us. It is the perfect location for getting to the cool stuff on Key Largo (Dolphins Plus, Key Largo Fisheries - stop by to feed the nurse sharks, etc.). Would recommend and would stay there again.

Easy bday week getaway

Very clean and well appointed condo. My husband, small dog, and I came down for a 5 night stay for my bday week. The condo was nicely located near our preferred dive shop/boat and some of our favorite restaurants. We enjoyed swimming in the pool or lagoon after a long day of diving, very relaxing. The condo is located in a a very safe location in key largo and the gate adds extra security. Would recommend to anyone (especially couples) looking for a quiet place rent while in Key Largo. Condo had all the amenities we needed for a nice stay.

Check in was at 4pm and when we got there the cleaning lady had just started cleaning and we had to wait outside in 100 degree heat for her to finish. The bbq had no gas for grilling. When I called the Angelina or Angela dont know her name she said we'll I just got to wait and thats it and the propane tank to just fill it. Very nasty attitude and poor politeness on that woman. She lied and said bringing boats wasn't allowed. I've been going to kawama for 35 years and know the rules and regulations more than her for sure. I brought my boata dn had no problem getting in. Will not be staying in that unit due to her nasty demeanor. Will rent elsewhere in kawama.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your arrival experience did not meet your expectations. On the day of your arrival, an additional cleaning request was made by a member of your party due to a sensitivity to cleaning products. As a result, our housekeeper performed additional mopping and sanitizing, which delayed access to the unit until approximately 4:45 PM. We were also notified that the propane tank was empty and had a replacement delivered promptly. Our records show that a new tank was delivered within approximately one hour of being notified, by 5:00 PM. Regarding boats and trailers, Kawama Yacht Club's marina, boat ramp, and storage areas are currently at capacity. For this reason, our listing advises guests under "Additional Notes" that we cannot guarantee space for boats or trailers within the community. Access, storage, and entry decisions are made by the association and security personnel, not by our company. We do not want to promise boat or trailer access and risk a guest being turned away at the gate upon arrival. We take pride in providing a clean, well-maintained property and in responding quickly when issues arise. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify these circumstances for future guests.
