This unique property possesses easygoing charm & has been in the family since 1951. It was purchased by ownersâ grandparents to use as a fishing cottage. It has since evolved, creating a classic Keys Conch house.  (CONCH is a term used to describe a Florida Keys native & is derived from shell found in local waters). Guests enjoy 1 acre of waterfront privacy surrounded by coconut palms & endless bay front views and offers spectacular sunsets, wildlife encounters, & direct boating access.

Property is a prime location for boaters with a quick, easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway & short rides out to the Atlantic Ocean and bayside islands & restaurants.
Renovations occurred in November 2025 consisting of a new kitchen with modern appliances and finishes and new flooring in kitchen/dining area.
Nature & Waterfront Setting: where you can observe dolphins, manatees, pelicans, herons, and ibis from your own backyard.
One acre of lush, natural Florida Keys habitat with coconut palms, sea grape trees, buttonwoods, and bougainvillea.
Private Estate, dock, boat basin (accepting boats up to 30â), and swimming/snorkeling area.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults + 3 children.
Bedroom 1/Bathroom 1Â â King Bed + pull-out chair (twin cot for small child), ensuite bathroom (tub/shower) TV.
Bedroom 2/Bathroom 2Â â Queen Bed, ensuite bathroom (shower), desk.
Living Room â Large screen TV, Queen sleeper sofa + barn door to close off space for privacy.
Enclosed Screened in Patio â Lounge seating, TV, bar, and dining table (seats 6).
Comforts include: Jacuzzi, WiFi, basic cable, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Pack ân Play, and high chair.
Outdoor Amenities: 3 Single Kayaks, 1 Double Kayak, 1 Paddleboard, Jacuzzi with water views, Corn Hole Toss, and Ample parking.
Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs allowed. Non-refundable pet fee (based on breed/weight). Must request approval when booking.
NOTES:
No more than 4 adults + 3 children on property at any time (strict).
âThere are two bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. There is no shared hallway bathroom.â
Do not store fish/bait inside the refrigerator or freezer.
Coral reefs are located offshore and require a boat to access. Please be careful of their delicate nature.

We have the ONLY LIVING CORAL REEF IN NORTH AMERICA and John Pennekamp State Park is 1 mile away!

The world-renowned Keysâ coral reefs are found OFFSHORE, requiring a boat to reach.
BEACHES
IN THE KEYS â The only natural beaches in the Florida Keys are at Bahia
Honda State Park, Anneâs Beach, and by boat access Nest Key State Park
and the many Sand Bars. The rest of the beaches are man made. The Keys
are built on Natural Coral Rock unlike the rest of the state of Florida
that have natural sandy beaches. The Keys are not for Avid Beach Goers.
They are for people who love to be âINâ or âONâ the "OCEAN!â
