Sherbrooke metro station is just 1 minute walk door to door. Get around town easily and quickly with the close metro station, and several busses on the nearby corner.

You will be a few doors down from Metro Station Sherbrooke, so you can get across all downtown, to Parc Jean Drapeau, La Ronde, F1 Race Track, and so much more very quickly.
Several busses pass right outside and on the corner.
Specifically bus #24 on the corner is frequent and travels along Sherbrooke street across all downtown, great option to cross downtown while seeing the city above ground.
- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for my guests.
-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment's housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is still possible, but if you need to reach me fast replies are not guaranteed, I could be asleep that late at night. I send you all the instructions ahead of time, so you can ask any questions before you arrive.
- This is an apartment in a building with other units. The building maintenance may need access to the property in very rare circumstances to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or power issues). They have the right to access the unit for purposes of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
First I want you to enjoy your stay, I know rules are not fun, and it is my experience most guest are really amazing people!

âNO PARTIESâ
Parties are not allowed here. There are great bars and clubs just steps away, for this purpose.
You are welcome to play chill music, and enjoy each other's company! Any parties forfeit the reservation without refund, you are responsible the cost of any extra cleaning services.
IF YOU WANT TO PARTY, ask me. I know hosts with amazing locations designed for parties and small events.
âNO SMOKINGâ
No smoking inside the building, anywhere. Smoking permitted outdoors only. Please help keep this place fresh for everyone!
Penalty for smoking is to pay deep cleaning services 450-900$.
âNOISE COMPLAINTSâ
Please respect the community. There should never be loud disturbances coming from your apartment day or night.
Quiet hours must be respected. If there are issues from your group, same as parties you will be removed, no refunds.
âUNDECLARED GUESTâ
All people coming to the property (including short visits not sleeping there) must be included in your reservationâs Number of Guests.
Please contact me about this if you have questions, ahead of your arrival.
âCHECK-OUT TIMEâ
If you are late to follow your scheduled Check-out time 11am you will be charged to pay the Housekeeper Serviceâs while they are waiting on you.
It is 65$ per hour. I do send reminders about your check-out time and some helpful tips.
âNO ANIMALSâ
No animals are permitted, because it's a critical health issue for me. For health reasons this is a rule without compromise.
âCLEANLINESSâ
The included cleaning fee is to clean after expected use of the apartment of leisure and relaxation. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms and I ask kindly, please take of shoes at the door. Donât leave trash around.
âDAMAGESâ
Please care for my things while you are my guest. You are responsible to leave the property and all furnishing in the same condition as when you arrived so the next guest can enjoy them as you have.
âKEEP WINDOWS & DOORS CLOSED/LOCKEDâ
Windows and doors should be closed & locked at all times. Please always check windows and door(s) when you leave.
Winter & Rain: Do not open the windows for more than 5 minutes as the low temperature can cause major damage quickly. Do not let rain into the apartment.
â LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIESâ
I provide basic supplies for at least your first week so you can get settled. For longer reservations, if you run out you should buy more of these items for yourself. (Ask about extra cleaning services that include a refresh of your supplies)
âEMERGENCY ACCESSâ
The building management has the right to access the property in case of emergencies, urgent repairs, or required inspections. Of course only in the case of these emergencies. Similarly I have the right to access the unit for important repairs or urgent maintenance, of course, you are notified ahead of time, this is very rare.
âAirbnb Policy & Guest Responsibilityâ
Your reservation at my place is your agreement that you are aware and accept the above rules, the cancellation policy, and Airbnbâs rules and policies.

If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate cleaning after your stay, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help welcome you!
In line with Airbnb and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times,, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guestâs full responsibility.
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
