We were very happy with this place and location! The apartment is just right for two people, it was clean, with Roku TVs, comfortable firm bed and truly only a block from beach. The dog was happy too - no prior doggy odor or evidence dogs have stayed in apartment. Recommend taking a few plastic bowls for mixing food, paper plates and small baking dish if you plan to do a little cooking. Don’t forget your dog bed if your dog is with you. We felt safe and it’s an easy area to walk your dog around. Would stay again!

This place was great for us and our small dog! The property is clean and comfortable. The beach is extremely close and you are able to easily walk to the beach. There are the usual kitchen appliances and wonderful air conditioning. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and quick. I would recommend this property and look forward to another stay in the future.

I found this place last minute when I needed a quick getaway where I could bring my dog, and I genuinely couldn’t have been happier with my stay! The location is perfect—literally about a two-minute walk to the beach and incredibly close to everything you could need.The host was so nice, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. I ended up wanting to stay a little longer, and they made adding an extra night incredibly easy. The space was comfortable, cool, and had everything I needed to come in, relax, enjoy the beach, and not have to worry about a thing.This was my first trip to North Myrtle Beach and, even better, my first beach trip with my dog, so it was really special. We had an amazing time, and this place made the entire experience that much better. I truly can’t thank the hosts enough for such an easy and enjoyable stay.I will absolutely be coming back and would happily stay here again. Already looking forward to our next trip!

First visit to Myrtle

There wasn't adequate kitchen supplies. No mixing bowl, 1 adult fork. Lights in refrigerator and microwave don't work. Microwave to low of wattage to pop popcorn. Great location, overall had a fabulous time.

Overall OK

no outlets in the bathroom only one towel/ washcloth per person total ( glad I took extra towels) no ice maker or ice trays for freezer washer and dryer in an out building fridge light did not work and to work on it to make it cool mattress had stains and no mattress protector ( used our own sheets) only one outlet in the bedroom. no where to rinse off beach stuff or feet AC was AMAZING! Not a far walk to the beach at all.

I’m disappointed to hear this review, especially since the guests didn’t communicate these concerns during their stay, aside from the fridge, which they later told us was working fine. I strive to provide a comfortable experience for all my guests, and I’m always available to address any concerns in real-time. I appreciate the positive feedback on the AC and location, but I wish they had reached out so I could have assisted with any other issues they encountered.

Our stay in our cozy 1 bedroom rental was perfect for my dog Pachi & I. We arrived after the check in time but had been provided all the information we needed via email ahead of time. It was the perfect location for us. We were within 1 minute, if that, walk to the beach every morning and anytime we wanted to go to the beach. Dogs are welcome on the beach. It was clean, very pet friendly and we met some very nice guests with pets that stayed throughout the month. Erika the host was fantastic and prompt in replying to emails during our stay about minor issues, like the large picture popping off the wall at the lower corner. She was willing to send someone to fix it but it was definitely not necessary more of just an FYI. There were items for use in the kitchen but for the length of stay we were there I did purchase and brought things like spices from home, measuring spoons and sissors (from the store) and of course grocery items. There were a few trash bags but for the length of our stay I did purchase more. All worth it for the access to the beach everyday and a way out of Maine for the month. We were centrally located to all attractions and there is always plenty to do in North Myrtle and Myrtle beach. I also have friends who live in surrounding towns so it wasnt a bad drive to visit them either. All in all we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again! Listing doesn’t do it justice!

The listing does not do it justice! It is so so close to the beach! We brought a wagon and we walked to the beach every day we were there! It is the perfect small place for a long weekend! I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because I was not the biggest fan of the bathroom but I think that’s just my personal preference. The bed is big and the couch also pulls out if you have more people jointing your stay. The neighborhood was lovely and everyone else that walked to the beach too was super friendly. Emily the host was also super friendly and super easy to interact with. Very easy and smooth transactions. It is a house divided up with different units and the people staying next to us were SUPER nice too! If I plan on coming back to North Myrtle beach I will definitely be coming back to Emily’s place! Once again the listing just doesn’t do it justice. It was so so close to the beach the easiest walk ever and so many restaurants and everything in such a super small car drive away! 9.5/10!
