Great local attractions within a short drive, include Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Cabot Creamery Store - Waterbury, Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center, Smugglers' Notch Resort, Elmore State Park, Smugglers' Notch Disc Golf Center, Bolton Valley Resort, Underhill State Park, and Sugarbush Resort.

When it comes to outdoor living, this charming home enjoys an extensive deck where you will find a bubbly hot tub with tree-lined views, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill. This is the perfect setting for summertime barbecues and treating yourself to soothing baths after fun-filled days. The home also offers an outdoor shower.

As you enter, you will find a well-appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room, featuring comfy mid century modern furniture and original art work throughout, a Morso wood stove to keep you nice and toasty during your stay, and a smart TV with streaming services so you don't have to miss your favorite series and shows or listening to your favorite tunes on the Sonos! Curl up by the warmth of the stove while the chef of the group prepares a culinary masterpiece in the full kitchen with a dining table large enough to fit 15, complete with all the essentials—the main living area and the kitchen offer radiant floor heating throughout. There is a second living area with another smart TV for added convenience and entertainment. End your day relaxing in a steam shower. Additional perks include a hammock, board games, and a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
