Home was Great but not ready at check in

The home is wonderful for a family vacation and the pool cabana is a must in this community. I don’t want this review to say anything negative about the owner because that wasn’t the problem. The week got better as it went along but upon arrival, the master bed had been cleaned that day due to the prior guest and was wet with a fan blowing on it to dry. After a series of texts and calls with the management company we were moved to another location for the night and were not able to check into our unit until 4 pm the following day. We essentially lost an entire day of our vacation just waiting to get into the unit.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review and understanding. We're glad to hear the home was wonderful for your family, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. We understand how frustrating it must have been to lose a day of your vacation. We'll work with the management company to ensure this doesn't happen again.
