Welcome to Beach Club Doral 1503, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo with stunning Gulf views, outdoor pools, walking trails, on-site dining, shopping, and a full-service spa. BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 passes allowed for this unit. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The condo smelled like wet carpet. We sprayed lysol and turn the AC on to help with the smell. The hot water was not hot or even terribly warm to take a bath. I immediately reported this, and they said they would put a work order in. The work order was still active next day saying they would get to it. Still no word about the water problem at departure. Also we were informed on July 23rd that there would be maintenance being done to tower (Doral) and we would be without electricity from 8am-4pm. This notice date came 2 days past our 30 day window to cancel or move to a different property and this was not offered to us. I asked if there would be compensation or offers provided for the inconvenience and we were told no. Other guests said they were offered other options. The owners that we spoke to said they knew 2 months in advance and blocked off the date so it wouldn't be booked. Others said repairs like this are usually done in October. We left the property at 7:45am and returned at 3:40pm because we were tired. We never planned to leave the property. This was a rest and relaxation trip. We basically kept asking and finally received the okay to depart at 12 instead of 10am. At 9:40am on departure day the cleaning crew opened the condo door without knocking and put his foot in the door to block me from closing it for me to talk to his boss. They were very sorry. Beachball properties has not been very sympathetic and only offered a sorry for the cleaning crew.

The condo was fine the property was great. Did have a issue with the second bathroom shower door and had to replace some lights. Did not feel it required a call. I will say this experience Did not feel like my other experiences with VRBO. The couple questions I had felt like the person answering had never been in are condo or if they had even been on the property. Still a fine experience just not the same personal experience as with dealing with a owner.

Owners were a little condescending on text. The master bed needs refreshing. Other than that we really enjoyed the property. We had an excellent vacation.

Wonderful vacation.

The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The service staff was just a phone call away if we had any questions or needs. There are a few local restaurants close by with great food. We hope to stay there again and again.

We had a great time at the property. Beach club is very nice. The condo had a great view and was clean. The only problems were the refrigerator took 2 full days to cool down. Not sure if the cleaning company left the door open before we got there or what the problem was. It was warm as soon as we opened it to put our groceries in. They did send a technician out to look at the problem it just took 2 days for them to get out there. By then, it was cooling. Suggestion would be have cleaning company clean fridge first thing so it can start cooling before the next guests arrive. We had a great vacation that is just a minor inconvenience. We will be back to beach club!

Lovely Condo, needs some upgrading

We had a lovely visit! The condo was mince and very clean. It could, however, use some updates. The bathrooms were very old with some minor repairs needed. Also there were repairs to the kitchen cabinets that needed to be done. Over all, a great place to stay when visiting. We loved the Beach Club property!

Beautiful place, but issues are handled poorly

Property is so beautiful, as usual. Renting through VRBO, but then it’s actually through Beachball properties, but any issues they want you to contact the HOA?? Checking in and having the AC quit having to deal with that till 1130 at night and then again the next day for most of the day is unacceptable things happen but it could’ve been dealt with a lot easier and not wasted my vacation.

The listing said there was cable. There were Roku TVs. I was not happy to not have access to the major tv networks. Some of the kitchen cabinets had the finish coming off and also one drawer was broken. Otherwise, I loved the place. Booked for next year. Hope there is cable tv by then

Excellent customer service

The property has a nice location but the furniture was dated and the showers were in older bathtubs so if you have older people with limited mobility, this wouldn't be the place to stay. Beach Ball properties was very proactive fixing issues. Outstanding service addressing issues.

Great stay!

This was a beautiful condo with amazing views! Easy access and gated/monitored entry! Beach wasn't busy at all until closer to the Labor Day weekend. Amenities and common areas are all clean and well kept. Walkway to the beach is very nice. The condo itself could use some updates as far as showers/tubs and the rugs and furniture upholstery could stand to be deep cleaned and washed. The coffee table is a tad flimsy. Can't speak to cookware since we didn't cook! Bed was comfortable and overall everything was very clean besides what is previously mentioned. The beach club is always a great stay! We have stayed before just in a different condo! Great stay!

No Handicap access...No anti-slip mat tubs, (had to buy one). No grab rail in tubs. (I am 74, and worried when we took a shower.) Also, the access to food wasnt easy, and the prices were too high. But we felt safe in the environment, and we will use Beach Ball again...

Good experience

Only complaint is that the condo needs a can opener. The lack of one led to some Boy Scout level creative can opening. Otherwise it had everything we needed!
