Welcome to Beach Club Doral 1503, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo with stunning Gulf views, outdoor pools, walking trails, on-site dining, shopping, and a full-service spa. Located in Fort Morgan, Alabama, this resort-style retreat offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Whether unwinding on the private balcony, lounging by the pool, or exploring the beach, this condo provides a comfortable and memorable escape for families, couples, or small groups.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 passes allowed for this unit. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Perfect!

We loved our stay here! The property is beautiful, the condo was very nice and it is a wonderful location. We loved the peacefulness of it, being away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores but still being close enough to enjoy the restaurants and activities the city has to offer if you want to. It was one of our favorite locations we've ever stayed and we will definitely stay here again!

There was just a couple little things. The bed has really went down hill since last year, the garage disposal did not work, water and ice machine in the fridge did not work. Besides that the beach club is great.

Wonderful vacation.

The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The service staff was just a phone call away if we had any questions or needs. There are a few local restaurants close by with great food. We hope to stay there again and again.

We had an amazing time here. The Beach Resort property is just fantastic and this condo is a dream. It is so well stocked with anything you could need, is such a comfortable size and that view!!! The pictures do not do it justice. We are planning our next stay already!

Absolutely LOVED this property! It was our first time staying at the beach club and we loved it! Be prepared to walk down a few steps on the board walk, it was a little difficult with our wagon but overall a beautiful property! Will definitely be back!

Nicely decorated condo. We had a great time. Entire Beach Club property improved over last visit 5 years ago. Bed was very comfortable. Leather recliner was everyone's favorite chair!

Vacation with a View

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was beautiful and clean. The view of the gulf was unimaginable. Large patio and very nice floor plan. Would definitely rent this unit again. Part of the Beach Club which was nice with amenities and clean grounds and pools. My family had a beautiful time.

Lovely Condo, needs some upgrading

We had a lovely visit! The condo was mince and very clean. It could, however, use some updates. The bathrooms were very old with some minor repairs needed. Also there were repairs to the kitchen cabinets that needed to be done. Over all, a great place to stay when visiting. We loved the Beach Club property!

The property has a nice location but the furniture was dated and the showers were in older bathtubs so if you have older people with limited mobility, this wouldn't be the place to stay. Beach Ball properties was very proactive fixing issues. Outstanding service addressing issues.
