Stay in a fully remodeled cozy house in South Austin and enjoy a beautiful backyard with patio, hot tub and very large pool with zip line, gas and Charcoal BBQ, surrounded by trees. Completely private! For everyone's safety, pizza oven is for decorative purposes only and not intended for cooking.

Sorry, no one uner 25 allowed to book.

The pool is cleaned Wednesday mornings.

Very private and secluded from neighbors. Pool is private and not shared.

Pool heater is available for extra fee for early fall and late spring. Winter it is too cold to heat.

House is about 10-15 minutes to Downtown area.

High-quality bedding and bath towels. Professional maid service provides extra sanitizing, clean linens and towels.

Greenbelt/nature preserve and park 100 feet from house; includes kids playground, field, basketball courts, hiking, biking, etc

No parties. I know all neighbors and will be notified immediately if there are any parties at the property. Please let me know if you will be inviting more than 5 people to the property.

Clean home in Austin

Property was nice and clean as presented. Toiletries were provided in the bathrooms. Washer and dryer were provided along with laundry soap. Pool and hotrub were clean and ready to use. The only thing that wasn’t provided were washcloths so I went and purchased some for our use.

Misleading

Very disappointed to find that the property did not have furniture that was posted in the photos. References to new couches was very misleading, as there was no couch at all in the backyard for lounging. There was also no grill or hammock for use. The backyard lighting is barely working, while the hot tub was too dirty to enjoy.

Girls weekend

Loved the house, very accommodating. Only thing missing was a traditional coffee maker, there is a french press available. Beds are very comfortable and house was very clean. Backyard is a oasis that is hard to leave.

Perfect location with a pool

Spacious house in South Austin! The backyard with pool was an amazing setting to host my large family. Kitchen stocked very well, and lots of towels and supplies provided. The only reasons the overall isn’t a five star: House is lived in by landlords, so not a lot of personal storage space is provided. Prepare to live out of your suitcase and bring a cooler for overflow refrigerated items. House is NOT small child friendly. Personal decorative items have a quirky charm, but an undisciplined toddler would have to be monitored closely. Other than these small issues, the house was great. Bryan was a wonderful host, and very responsive.

The pots and pans were moldy. We had to wash the wine glasses before using them. The outdoor garbage can was half full when we got there. The wires in the bedroom closet light were unsafe and it only worked the first day. The futon that was in the living room was supposed to be in the master bedroom. That we were going to used for our friends handicap daughter. Was not in the bedroom where the pictures showed. So she had to sleep in their bed all week because she needs to be in the same room as them. The door handle to the closet where the furnace was in the hallway upstairs kept falling off. The smaller rooms were supposed to be queen beds, they were full size bed. The door handle to the master bathroom was falling off. Only had one screw in it. The toilet seat in the master bedroom was about to fall off. We had to tighten it. The heat vents on the first floor were half closed which made it VERY cold down stairs, even when we opened them it was still very cold down stairs. There was no wash clothes. One of the outlets in the smaller bedroom didn't have a cover over it. And the other outlet didn't work at all. The owner came to the house when we were at dinner. And left the garage door open and the front door unlocked. The end table by the couch was peeling on top. The dining table was an 8 chair table and only had 4 chairs. The outdoor dining set that we were told not to eat at was peeling really bad on top. Two of the drawers in the master bedroom didn't have bottoms in th

Pool issues hampered our stay

A big reason for reason for renting a house with the pool is so we can spend time relaxing at the house and letting the kids swim. For a 6 day vacation, we typically will spend 4 days at the house and 2 days in the city and doing activities. On day 3 of our stay, the pool started to turn green with algae and was unusable until the last day of the trip. Even then, the pool was never really clear.The homeowner indicated that he "just ordered a new filter so this won't happen again". This is great for future guests but didn't really help us. My recommendation is to be very clear with the home owner on your intended pool use - and your expectations of its availability. On a positive note, the house is in a good location with a Costco/HEB close by. If you have kids, a bowling alley is just down the street with a new trampoline park going in. Without the pool issues, this house would have been a 5 star stay.

Great getaway place

We loved being so close to our sons place so perfect location for our visit and also easy to get to downtown. Traffic is heavy at rush hour. Check in easy and loved backyard to hang out with our family. Thanks

Great location!

This home was in a great location and overall was a good stay for our group. One thing to know is that this is someone’s full time home. Their food was in the fridge, their kids clothes were in the closets, pictures of their daughters school class, their personal hygiene products in the bathrooms, etc…. Nothing bad at all, just thought it would’ve been nice to know before hand. Also, the pool is cleaned on Wednesday not Tuesday as stated in the homes guide.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Location was perfect, hot tub was awesome, house was very well appointed. Quick walk to park / playground was really nice with kids. Master suite is very spacious. Check in and out was super easy. Only issues were that master bath window overlooking street does not have a shade, which is a little awkward and listing notes a sleep sofa / futon in the master which we were planning to use for our youngest child, but it’s really a couch that does not pull out. Overall, great property though and we would stay again. Thanks!!!

Amazing family hangout!

The house was clean, comfortable, and a great place to hangout as a family. The backyard is great, but we spent time on the front swing and the parks nearby. Would come again!

Austin stay

Overall very pleasant stay. Would return based on location (plenty of nearby food , groceries, etc), accessible to highways. Clean, pool snd spa were really awesome and pool had a zip line that our kids loved. Bryan was accommodating in extending our checkout time for a small fee . Notified owner about freezer losing ability to maintain cold temps but it still functioned well. Home had all amenities needed for a family of 5.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY JUST NEEDS SOME FUNE TUNING.

The house and location was great. It would be helpful to have an instruction manual for the spa and items in the house. The kitchen and bathrooms contained alot of personal items and would be easier to navigate around if they were organized. We enjoyed the property and can't wait to come back to Austin! Thank you!

Amazing!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at the house. The pool was perfect and so fun using the zip line! The location was right in the middle of downtown and lake Austin! I highly recommend staying at Bryant’s house.

Beautiful little oasis

I surprised my 3 daughters with a “girls weekend” after months of construction on my own home. We all had the best time and feel recharged. Clean, comfortable, and the outside was incredible.
