Great place to stay! incredibly well stocked - the host has a great attention to detail and youâll find everything you need in the cabin. Great views and amazing location. We loved the experience. I highly recommend!
We loved this property. Extremely clean and excellent location to access many glacier and going to the sun road from the east. I highly recommend this property and host!
Great small cabin on East side of Glacier National Park. Very close to the Many Glacier entrance. Setting is beautiful and peaceful. Jon is a great host and responds timely to requests.
Perfect location for exploring the east side of Glacier NP! Very well appointed - comfortable- quiet - plus two great labs to pet that live next door! Would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time in Babb and the views from the cabin were great. The cabin is close to several RVs so the atmosphere is similar to a campground but the other guests were nice. The inside of the cabin is small but has really nice appliances and amenities. Would stay here again!
The house worked out great for us. I appreciated how efficient it was organized. Jon did a great job providing directions to the property and suggestions for grocery shopping. Jon was very quick to respond to our emails during our stay.
This cozy place has everything you need to hang out and hike. Interior is thoughtfully planned, well done and the decor gives off all
the Montana vibes đ Full kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, washer/dryer, and more. Loved it!
This was a wonderful tiny spot - has everything you need (except a hot tub). Such a great location if you are hiking at many glacier and st Maryâs!!! Weâd definitely come back.
Very nice place to stay and conveniently located to the park, beautiful property with everything we needed. Owner communication is great and offered to help with anything we needed. We didn't cook but it was hooked up with everything we would have needed, and the washer/dryer was great to have at the end our our travels.
jWe found the cabin a bit cramped but it has everything you need including a well-equipped kitchen, good wifi and TV streaming services, even a washer and dryer. Great access to the Many Glacier area, where we were hiking. Caretaker Connie is friendly and helpful.
I hate to even tell anyone about this adorable little house-itâll probably never be open to book again! Itâs literally perfect! Everything you need, gorgeously quiet and so close to Many Glacier hotel and Two Sisters. You can literally drink your coffee on the porch and watch the sun rises on Divide Mountain.
My son and I loved this small cabin. It was perfect for us! Connie, the grounds manager, was wonderful. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to all communication I had. Thank you for the memories!
Great Place to stay if visiting the East Side of Glacier
Loved this tiny home! It is very nicely done. I didnât know we would have neighbors. That was the only surprise. It was in a remote setting with Mountain Viewâs! Not far from the Many Glaciers entrance. The communication with the host was great and directions to the home were very clear. Highly recommend.
If you're considering entering Glacier through Saint Mary or Many Glacier entrances, this is is the perfect spot for you to stay and have many amenities that the park doesn't have (like food you'd actually like to eat!) Connie, the on-site manager could not have been sweeter.
There seemed to be some communication problems between the owner and Connie because when we got there, the place had not been cleaned and the bed had been slept in. Connie didn't know someone else was coming in (even though we had the reservation for months.) Most of the communication from the owner appears to be auto generated (we had booked an extra night and we got the exact same emails for both bookings). So, I suggest you contact the owner before you arrive just to "remind him" that you're coming in case he and Connie have not discussed it.
The hot water in the shower flows too fast for the in-line hot water heater to keep up so you may have only semi-warm showers like we did. I would also suggest they have more than one pillow per person so you can prop up if you want.
I would definitely rent this again because of the location, full size fridge, cooking ability and good bed to crash after hiking. We had a really wonderful stay after we got the initial problem straightened out (Connie changed the sheets and did a very quick cleaning while we waited). Many Glacier is an amazing part of the park and staying here will make it accessable at a reasonable price!
Loved this little gem! Had everything you need. I do recommend bringing some snacks/food. If we are ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay here. There is a diner in Babb, only open during tourist season, had the best burgers!! I hear breakfast is great too.
I have owned the acreage that Glacier Vista is situated on for 20 years. When I have spare time I enjoy taking out a paddle board or Kayak onto St. Mary Lake. I like to fly fish the nearby creek and also hike the trails within Many Glacier area.
I choose this area due to the remoteness, mountains and peace. The the short distance to both Calgary and Whitefish made coming out for the weekend easy.
The East side of Glacier Park sees a fraction of the tourists of the West side. The East side however offers close proximity to the majority of Iconic hikes, such as Grinnell Glacier, Iceberg Lake, Cracker Lake and Hidden lake. Wildlife is much more abundant for species such as moose, elk, bear and deer.
The Glacier Springs and Glacier Ridge property faces the West so you enjoy having a 180 degree view of the mountains, the sunset and Northern Lights all outside your door.
