WELCOME TO MOUNTAIN CREEK INN by OWLBEAR PROPERTIES. The Inn consist of (3) 1 bedroom units each with a private porch overlooking Cosby Creek babbling from the Smoky Mountains. It's 22 miles from GBurg, secluded enough to enjoy the peaceful scenery on the creek, yet horseback riding, river tubing, golfing, hiking and zip lining are just minutes away. Enjoy the local activities, spend a lazy day next to the creek on the covered porch, or simply enjoy the sunroom surrounded by views of the water.

Wine Down is a spacious and newly renovated studio nestled against crystal clear Cosby creek that babbles right out of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The home boasts a fully stocked kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a canopy king bed with chandelier, an updated full bathroom and lounge area complete with a smart TV and wood-burning fireplace. The entire unit
overlooks the water. A pair of glass doors open onto a large covered deck complete with 2 rocking chairs and hot tub, all of which provide relaxing sounds and sweeping views of the rapids below. Relax around the fireplace, watch a movie on the new smart TV, enjoy a meal over the water or simply lounge in the hot tub, drained and cleaned between each guest. With
a fully equipped kitchen, canopy king bed and a sofa, this cabin is perfect for small group or couples seeking a quiet romantic getaway.

Wine Down is located 22 miles from Gatlinburg right off scenic Hwy 321. Climb Works, Adventure Distilling Co and Bent Creek Golf Course are all less than 12 miles away. There is fishing, horseback riding, river tubing, golfing, hiking and ziplining all within a few miles. It’s also just a short drive from the Glades Arts and Crafts community. A day trip to Dollywood and the many other activities in Pigeon Forge are 25 miles away. Also feel free to simply hop in your car and take a leisurely cruise along the scenic Foothills Parkway, grab an Apple Pie at Carver's Orchard, a plate of award winning Smoked BBQ from Doc's 321 Cafe, or homestyle comfort food from Trish's Mountain Diner.

*Wine down is completely private, though it’s part of a 3-unit inn with shared walls. An adjoining door can be unlocked to connect this unit with its neighbor (Morning Coffee), creating a two bedroom/two bathroom home with access to both kitchens, both hot tubs and enough room for 6 guests. The third unit can be rented as well for larger groups wanting to travel together.

There is a shared laundry facility on the property.
