- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : )
**It has an additional cost of $50 USD up to 1:00 pm which is the latest time for checkout. **

- If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late check out. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.

- An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

We like to party, but this home is not made for it. HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED, AND WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.
We hate to be party poppers but there is also a smoking fine if you do so inside the house (don’t lose those $300 usd), and there is also a security deposit on your credit card so take care of your home so there are no damages reported to it.
