9450 South Thomas Drive PCB FL 32408. Directement sur Panama City Beach.

Le Boardwalk Beach Resort est l'un des plus complexes famille sympathiques à Panama City Beach. Il a l'une des meilleures zones de la piscine de tout complexe de condo. Il y a une très grande piscine lagon, 2 bains à remous et une aire de jeux pour enfants.

Il y a un bar Tiki ici avec de la musique live le week-end.

Ceci est un très grand et spacieux de 2 chambres. Il peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes.

La chambre principale a un lit king size et une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe avec accès au balcon. Il a plafond aux fenêtres de sol avec vue sur l'océan.

La 2ème chambre a 2 lits queen size.

Le salon a vue sur l'océan balcon avec accès au balcon et un canapé-lit avec un 55 pouces télévision à écran plat sur le mur.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée.

Best family vacay ever

I slept so good here.The condo was amazing.Its right on the beach with a big balcony and breathtaking views.we watched dolphins every day from the condo.The master suit and huge tub was the best.The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal.all you need to bring are your essentials..we love this condo and will be back

Great Views of the Gulf of America

Nothing is more beautiful than the sunset over the Gulf of America from the balcony and\or primary bedroom at Boardwalk Beach Resort! Love the gulf front view for watching the sunsets, dolphins and the waves! Plenty of space that you don't feel cramped for an extended stay. The heated, zero entry outdoor pool and hot tubs are our favorites with ample space to sun tan and visit with friends! We will be back next February!

Over all, it was great. Great location, Not to crowded, property in great shape. But the only down side it was the pool area. Security personnel, was way to strick about kids having fun. No ball or anything allow. And also no music allowed. That was a first

This property is gorgeous and we have zero complaints! We had an amazing time! The hot tub was broken for a majority of our stay but that of course was not the renters fault. We will definitely be staying again next year!

Wonderful Experience

This property was wonderful. The views were amazing. Pics accurately show the look and feel of the condo. Pool completely clean and kids are kept in check. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation except for the pool

Everything was wonderful and the place is very well located near everything ! The beach is amazing and the apartment was clean. The only deception was about the pool. I’ve been there 3 weeks and it was not available for the first 10 days. When they finally opened it, it was not heated and the others residents told us that it’s the same thing every year !!! The condo listing clearly said that it was suppose to have a heated pool, which is one of the reasonWe rented this apartment. The other disappointment was the communication and I sent few texto and the delay to get answers is very long because they have a fixed open hours !

Awesome Condo!

The place was just as it was pictured. Wonderful location close to everything! Had an amazing view, the kids loved it! My husband and I enjoyed waking up to see the view of the ocean from our bed! Will definitely be coming back next year!!

Location was easy to get to. Beach front amazing. Pool was a great change from the beach. Poolside bathrooms stayed very clean. Lots of security. All staff very friendly.Our condo was very clean & looked exactly line the VRBO picture. Will book this one again

2023 VaCation

We enjoyed our stay at the Boardwalk. Our condo matched the pictures online. It was in a nice location that wasnt highly polulated. It was down the road from Pineapple Willy's. There were a few things that needed fixed but didn't affect our stay! Would recommend to other families. Thanks for the great week PCB!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great long weekend in Panama City Beach. The condo was spacious, clean and well-stocked. Amazing view! Never waited for an elevator and parking was easy and plentiful. Excellent location. Enjoyed pool, on-site tiki bar, beach chair rental and water sports.

Great place to relax

This condo was very clean and has a great view of the beach and ocean. You are 5-10 minutes form anywhere in PCB only down side to this condo was the beds were horrible. King size bed felt like it was gonna fall apart and both queens were so dished out one person had to sleep on the couch. I would definitely rent this condo again but only if the beds were replaced.

Excellent Place for a Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There is quick access to the beach, a wonderful view, and plenty of things to do within a short drive. There are only two small complaints: 1. There is limited parking currently because they are doing work on the top level of the garage (apparently this work has been going on for 6 months). 2. This particular condo does not have many consumables. We had to purchase toilet paper (there was one roll in each bathroom), paper towels (there was a half roll), coffee filters, etc. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Great Location, Overrated Condo

Stay was ok. Bed was broken, my family & I had to fix it. Dust/mold in all the vents & bathroom ceiling fans & ceiling. Shower door in Master wasn’t closing shut & guest sink is leaking. This place needs a deep cleaning bad. Otherwise great location, if having kids there are no chairs for beach, and limited toys to play with. Speaker with the television was crackling.

Great week!!

It was a wonderful week at the Boardwalk Resort! Very clean and looks just like the listing. Great layout with double beds and master bedroom. A few items that need to be addressed: the queen beds need mattress pads. There were not enough spoons so we bought some and left them. You will want to address the master bath, shower door— it is not latching correctly and is leaking, this will cause water damage further than what is already seen. It was nice to have a vacuum cleaner in the hotel to keep the sand under control with a young one! We will definitely be back!

Positives: Enough seating for everyone, amazing view, great security. Negatives: Condo definitely needs updated! Kitchen sink - hot/ cold spikot was reversed. Secondary bathroom had blow dryer removed from wall & under sink but left bracket on wall. No hooks to hang towels, no hangers. Needs painted! For the price of renting a resort condo, owner definitely needs to update. Rented this same condo in May & has gone down hill

Lovely resort

Resort was clean and very nice. Rules for pool was ridiculous. A 10 minute break from pool every hour is a little much and very hard with kids. Kiddie area at pool was amazing. Room was great and well described other than the king bed which definitely needs work. Mattress was horrible for a week stay. Also property manager was terrible with answering messages before our stay. Messaged several times even different days for an hour or 2 extra checkout time and still never got an answer. 9am was just a little early so we left night before. Didn’t been anything while we were there and our vacation was amazing. If mattress replaced we would stay again.

Great spot on beach

Arrival was perfect. Condo was nice and pretty clean. There were 6 towels for a condo that sleeps 8 people. There was a 4 cup coffee maker. And very very sparce items in kitchen. No kitchen towels, wash cloth, sponge. No, zero cleaning supplies. No starter dish soap, soap, dishwasher pods. No cooler in closet. Absolutely no blankets or bedding for couch, no extra pillow. Overall we just ate out instead and enjoyed the beach. If you are coming here, prepare to bring all the above. Owner should replace coffee maker with a 10 cup! We ordered coffee by Doordash each morning. By no means is it a bad place, you need to just come prepared, which when flying it does not work.

Dirty and not as pictured

I spent the first hour and a half of arriving cleaning just so we could put our groceries away. There are no rugs in this condo, the TV is old, the master bed partially collapses when you sleep on the left side. The fridge, floors, table, cabinets all filthy. I bought sheets to put on couches because they were so nasty. Management was supposed to send someone to clean, they never did. The unit was poorly stocked but management did bring some new casserole pans, cook pans and knives. So disappointed and especially for what I paid. 2nd bad experience with this management company. Never again!!

Great views and location! Condo not the cleanest.

The 16th floor views of the Gulf and beach are amazing! The beach itself is very clean and beautiful. The location is great, and many places are within walking distance... Pineapple Willy's, Hammerhead Fred's, Longboard's, Signal Hill golf course, Alvin's Island beach store, ice cream shop and more. Also, Wal-Mart, putt-putt golf courses, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Zoo World, are all about 1 to 2 miles away. You can also take a trolley to the Pier Park area. The Boardwalk gated complex is over-all nice. The lobby area is pretty, the pool/spa area is clean and inviting. Parking and self check-in was easy. Employees/security were all very nice. The unit itself was not very clean, and greatly needs a deep cleaning. The unit has the potential to be totally awesome, and has a great layout. It just needs some cosmetic updates, new bedding, mattresses, and some furniture changes. When we first got there, the dishwasher did not work, and then we realized the unit needed a vacuum cleaner. I emailed/called to report the issues. Within a few days, we had a new stainless steel dishwasher installed, and a new vacuum cleaner was brought to the unit. So, the management company was very helpful and cooperative. I would recommend staying at this unit.
