While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.
Private Hot Tub - Lake View - Close to Beach
Nestled in the pines on a private lane in Kings Beach, Flying Flamingo Lakeview, is the perfect combination of both a secluded mountain getaway and a convenient offering just minutes from the popular beaches and mountains. This home boasts incredible mountain and lake views from many vantage points, a private hot tub, and a gas fireplace, AND it is surrounded by nearly 2 acres of natural forests. This astonishing property has numerous trails perfect for hiking and biking right out the back door. Winter is ideal for sledding and snowmobiling while summer is perfect for sitting on the deck watching the sunset on the lake! Conveniently located just blocks up from the beaches and restaurants of Kings Beach, this property is truly a jewel!
The open concept house mixed with its prime location will give you the "Tahoe cabin" feel but everything feels fresh and new and needless to say, stylish! Enjoy Lake Views easily through large floor-to-ceiling windows from the comfort of the open-concept common space. The perfect sunroom/dining room is adjacent and is arranged for the most breathtaking sunset dinners. You won't worry about going out to dinner as you may not want to ever leave. The gorgeous marble countertops, rustic accents, and stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen will keep you cooking. Downstairs below the main level, on the first floor is an additional rooms, with it's very own entrance and an ensuite bathroom and mini kitchenette, with a sink, microwave, and mini fridge, as well as patio furniture just outside during the summer months. The downstairs rooms sit adjacent to all sides of the garage which has been converted to the perfect rec room with its ping pong table, and Peloton exercise bike!

You have the perfect place to relax on the giant wraparound deck, which features beautiful mountain and lake views as well as a brand new private hot tub on a covered deck for comfortable soaking no matter the weather, and a sizable gas grill for your use in the summer months. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include:
âąQuiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
âąDogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
âąParking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger â The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3. By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant, and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation, and transportation services.
