The house is centrally located with two bedrooms, one office and private entrance.(1000M wifi) close to everywhere.
5 minutes to town Coquitlam Town Center and Eagleridge Hospital.
3 minutes to Eagle Ridge Elementary, Scott Creek Middle and Gleneagle Secondary school.
1.6 km to Coquitlam Center sky train
1.3 km to Inlet Centre sky train
Close to bus stations and highway.
All rooms are with new windows.
Clean bathroom, office room, finished kitchen, living area, dinning area.
Free and convenient parking.
The guest suite is separate from main dwelling.
Guests will have

- fast wifi (1000M)
- kitchen (refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave,, bread toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans, and other utensils for light cooking)
- bathroom (towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash)

- living area (3+1 couch sofa, tea table, smart HD TV, books for reading, air purifier etc. ),
- dining area with round dinning table and arm chairs
- office with office table and chairs.
We follow cleaning protocol and comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines to make sure the whole suite is the best for you.
