Superbe luxe moderne 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo de location

Ce condo de luxe est situé entre Gas Town et Yale Town. Les équipements de cette unité sont idéales. Il y a deux grandes histoires d'épicerie à quelques minutes du condo. Costco étant un et TNT étant l'autre. Les restaurants cinq étoiles et les cafés sont également accessibles à pied. Si vous souhaitez faire du tourisme, sautez dans le bus Aqua. Aller à Grandville Island est un jeu d'enfant. Vous pouvez également faire une balade à vélo autour du mur de la mer et profiter de l'océan et du parc Stanley. Ce condo est proche de tout ce que vous voulez faire, que ce soit faire du shopping, faire du tourisme ou simplement vous détendre dans un bar à café.

Great location. Easy to get around on foot or short Uber rides. The condo has marvelous views of the city and the mountains and is very comfortable. The host is very responsive and I appreciated their flexibility. We are already making plans for next time.

Helena is the most welcoming, organized & helpful host! The condo was beyond our expectations! So clean, beautifully decorated, and supplied. Any little extras you might need all supplied! This appartment is very well located, at easy walking distance from many of the city attraction. It was very clean and the host was thorough in her explanations in how to access (with pictures, fantastic!). It is important to note, however, that there is no AC (air conditioning), only fans. It was fine with open windows in late September but the condo is located in a busy section of the city so there was a lot of noise with the open windows. The condo is very nice, nicely decorated and very confortable.

This condo is located in the center of everything - what a terrific spot! You are close to tons of fantastic restaurants, attractions, and the SkyLine is just around the corner. We walked everywhere. I cannot say enough great things about the communication with Hellena - that includes before and during our stay. Extremely responsive and helpful. You cannot go wrong staying here!

We loved our stay! We were close to great places to wander and dine! We enjoyed the view from 3 sides of the unit!The unit is decorated very well with all the necessities and some”extras”The owner is ultra response and the check in process and directions are the best we’ve experienced!

The condo is nicely appointed. However be prepared for the traffic and skytrain noise. The location is not recommended for evening walks to a restaurant. Far too many homeless and drug users are quite evident. Also, the parking garage is something else. Only suitable for a mini car. Anything else is far too big to fit in the parking stalls and navigating within it.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. The location was great. The luggage storage nearby was a nice option. There are so many restaurants to choose from, including a few at ground level of the building. The unit was as described and comfortable. The trip to the port was quick.

Great location and well kept

We were very comfortable in this condo which is very clean, well-organized, and well-located for sightseeing. It comes with an underground parking space which is a little complex to find the first time but was very helpful for our rental car.

Vancouver trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is beautifully appointed and is exactly as pictured. Location was convenient for us and the various places we visited within the city, such as Granville Island, Gastown, Chinatown, etc. We did decide last minute to go to Whistler and would highly recommend doing that.Some issues: We were told to contact Branden if we need to store our luggage when we arrived but he never responded to my calls. However, the man at the luggage storage place was very helpful and facilitated that for us. We had some difficulty getting into the building using the intercom system, but it was much easier once we started using the fob. We were informed just before we arrived that the dishwasher was broken and being replaced after our visit. So we decided to eat out all of our meals. We did utilize the microwave and coffeemaker which functioned well. We washed our clothes while there, so we were appreciative of the washer/dryer in the unit. City noise was louder than expected, so be prepared if you're a light sleeper. We used the fan at night and it worked as a great white noise machine. I slept very well on the comfortable mattress as well.Our host was very responsive. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed drinking wine at night and looking out at the city views. We had a fun trip!

The location and property were both excellent. Great communication all around, the apartment was perfect for our group of two couples, and walking distance to the Sky Train, amazing restaurants, and downtown.

So helpful!

What an easy transition from our arrival to our departure! The manager was always available for questions and suggestions. Check-in and check out was especially easy compared to other VRBO experiences. The apartment location was convenient to all the main attractions we came to see. Public transportation is right outside the building and many shops, grocery stores and restaurants are within an easy walk.

Beautiful condo w plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings. Views were amazing! Even on a rainy day. Great location to walk to shopping and dining w lots to choose from. Hellena was spot on w communication for checking in and out and for navigating the parking garage and building. This will be our go to when we visit Vancouver again.

Loved this property

This property is in a prime location for attending events in the area. We had a short, comfortable stay. The check-in instructions were very detailed and included pictures, all of which made it so we had no issues accessing the property. We would definitely stay here again.

I am a realtor and designer who loves living life in heart of Vancouver. If you enjoy an active life style like I do, then being downtown is the place to be. I enjoy the city life and all that it has to offer. Being right downtown has been very convenient for me as there are many restaurants, coffee bars and grocery stores to chose from, the amenities here are vast and full of variety. Everything is within walking distance, so I walk everywhere! If I am not walking, I like to ride my bike along the seawall or play pickleball at one of the many parks here. Living here has been a great experience so I hope that you will love and enjoy this place and this city as much as I have.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The reason why I would choose this property is because it has many amenities both within the condo complex and the surrounding areas. There is a private courtyard, a modernized exercise equipment room, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a dry sauna . Grocery stores, restaurant, coffee bars, pharmacists, hair salons, dog groomers are all just minutes away. Literally all you have to do is go downstairs and out the building and everything is there. In addition, on a clear day, you can see the mountains from the bedroom windows. It's a beautiful sight when getting up in the mornings.
