Our home is located in the heart of the Stadium district and only minutes walk away from Rogers Arena, BC Place and the Skytrain. Ideal place for a family vacation and friends getaway. If you are visiting to see a show at Rogers arena - our place is what you need! Costco and T&T are all within a 2-minute walk. Less than a 15-minute walk from Vancouver's downtown core. Hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, and gym available for use. 24/7 concierge and security - safe! Newly installed powerful air conditioning units in the living room and stadium facing bedroom.

This is our home that we rent out when we are away so please treat it nicely :)

Fantastic family location! Next to the train station (Stadium-Chinatown), easy walk to downtown, Canada Place, and Science World. Great neighborhood restaurants. The pool and building gym were great also! Sitting on the balcony and watching the city was a perfect way to end the day.

The nearby train station was a real bonus. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed looking down on the lovely gardens from the balcony and living room. We did notice a bit of noise from the trains at night. But fantastic stay!

Pretty funny to read that this guest thought the check-in process was harrowing and complicated when he asked 0 questions about the process and checked in just fine. Unsure where this review is coming from honestly since our check-in process is automated and self explanatory.

Enjoyable condo in a great location in downtown Vancouver! We could walk, ride the train or bus everywhere. It was such a beautiful city with plenty to do and eat! Our family especially loved the indoor pool!

Vancouver stop over

Great location for exploring Vancouver, which is an amazing place to visit. It was very hot when we visited, but the ac units and ceiling fans did a good job at keeping us cool. The onsite pool and sports facilities were clean and tidy. Would stay again.

It was alright. The condo was fine, and they have a nice outside common area and pool, but the property is not in a very good area of the city. We had kids with us and it didn’t feel safe going out at night due to drug activity on the streets.

Very clean, great communication

We travelled down to Vancouver to check out Gastown, Granville Island and Stanley park. All were very close. From Granville we took an aqua bus and got dropped off at a stop that was less than a 10 min walk. Would stay again if in Vancouver.

Heat wave

Lovely unit that suited our needs. Very easy walking to downtown attractions, including short drive to Stanley Park and Granville Island. We were there during the heat wave and the air conditioner had to work very hard to keep us comfortable. The kids loved the pool.

Had a great time

We recently stayed at the apartment and had a very pleasant time. Check-in was easy. The place was clean and the location was perfect. Right next to the metro station, but also in walking distance to the harbor and good restaurants. The host was very responsive, replied quickly whenever I had a question. The indoor swimming pool is a nice add-on, especially when you travel with little kids. I would definitely come back. The only thing I would note is that the place is perfect for a small family up to four people. We had 5 adults and one small child, and it was a little tight.

Pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, conveniently situated near both Chinatown and the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station, which made getting around Vancouver incredibly easy. We also loved being within walking distance to Gastown, downtown, and Rogers Arena. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The balcony offered a beautiful view, which was a great spot to relax. Xiao was very responsive and accommodating, especially with our early check-in. After a long day of hiking, having access to the pool and hot tub was a huge plus! As for parking, it’s important to plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience, but overall, everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Condo near stadium.

Clean & nicely furnished apartment. Comfortable beds. Luxury linens & towels. Easy walk to Gastown & waterfront/Canada place. 10min. Groceries & restaurants nearby. The only problem we had was checking in because the buzzer outside building was not working & no one answered after many try. It took at least 15 minutes to get in touch with manager so that we could be let in. They probably fixed this problem by now. The owners were very responsive & allowed us to check in early. It was a very pleasant stay.

not what I had hoped for

This apt got a significant amount of afternoon sun. Unfortunately, the airconditioning did not work. It blew wamr air, so the apt got into the 80s. The house was clean though there was a significant amount of the home owners cooking staples on the counters and in the fridge. The notes throughout the house were confusing and seemed more for people renting rooms and not a family renting the whole apt. It would be nice if there were screens on the windows and slilder to help with ventilation without the bugs. Sorry but this was rental was basically an average.

Unfortunately this guest could not figure out how the AC worked as there have been no other complaints for all our other guests. As this unit is rented out while we are not there, it is fully expected to have all the household necessities including and not limited to kitchen staples. The notes provide very clear guidance on what to do and what not to do - not sure how instructions and house rules became confusing. We welcome our future renters to take a look at all the other great reviews we have :)

Your home away from home - maybe even better

This was my first experience ever with a rental property and I couldn't have asked for a better host and location. From the initial inquiry to my constant questions, the host was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. When I had a small electrical issue with an outlet, I was able to reach the property manager who came onsite at 11 PM in the evening and resolved the issue within an hour. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy to follow. I love the little reminders that the owners have taped to the walls. Adds a bit of personal touch. The condo's layout is absolutely beautiful and works wonderfully for a small extended family- we were 6. When I say this is a home away from home, maybe better. I truly mean that. The condo was better stocked than my own home. They had it all (Netflix, towels, baking supplies, laundry, slippers, pots and pans and condiments more than you can ever imagine). Very suitable if you were staying longer term but we only stayed a week. There's a gym and a swimming pool below and Costco, McDonald's, T n T Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. If I had to complain about something, I would say, too bad there wasn't a parking spot included but we were able to find free parking on the side street. Thank you Xiao and Anne. If you have another property in the future anywhere else, let me know. Would love to stay with you again.

Hi! We are a newly married couple that likes to travel and hope our home can be a home away from home for you while we are not here. Xiao is from the US and moved to Vancouver for work in 2018. Anne is from China and moved to Vancouver in 2020 and is currently pursuing a career in healthcare.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love being close to the city and this neighborhood has all the amenities we need! Costco and T&T are our staple shopping places. The Skytrain is only a minute or two walk away so it's super convenient to get to other parts of the city. We are close to the water and only 10-15 minute walk from downtown core!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Newly furnished kitchen appliances, new flooring and modern furniture. Our neighborhood has a large gym and also a 25M swimming pool with sauna and a hot tub! You have all that you will need minutes walk away from the condo and being close to the skytrain will make it very easy for you to get around to the other parts of Vancouver.
