This stand-alone home is an easy walk to famed Windansea Beach, only 3 blocks away. Your home-away-from-home provides a variety of vacation opportunities including all that La Jolla and San Diego County have to offer! Dive into a good book in the sunny bay window, enjoy coffee on the front porch, drive to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Legoland, and grill in the backyard before taking in La Jolla’s vibrant nightlife. Cozy up by the fireplace before the ocean air lulls you to sleep.

Inside:
Original and intricate details abound, from the crest on the door knocker and the indoor mail slot, to the rounded ceiling corners, bay windows, and living room fireplace. There’s even a secret shoeshine cabinet! The living area and bedrooms are bright, airy and luxe with window blinds in rooms (not pictured) for privacy, plus ample seating and storage. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and Bedroom 2 has two twin XLs. Occupancy Firm: Can sleep 6 (23+) Total. Prefer Max 4 Adults (23+) and 2 kids (0-17). There will be a $100 per night charge per each additional adult (23+). Ceiling fans and central heat are at your fingertips for those rare times when the temperature is not no San Diego-perfect. The charming full bathroom expertly mixes vintage and new. Laundry/mudroom in house. You’ll enjoy memorable meals, thanks to the cute breakfast nook, stylish dining area and well-equipped kitchen, including a single-serve coffee-maker.

Outdoors: There's a secure, private, outdoor bathroom. The driveway sports an electrical outlet for EV plug-in and adapters. A propane gas grill, bikes and helmets, bodyboards, wetsuits, small gym and yoga equipment, portable cooler and a wagon for the included sand toys round out the thoughtful touches. Hot tub located in backyard.

Guest access/security:
We respect our neighbors and expect the same of our guests. The neighborhood is VERY QUIET . One of the owners lives close by (please do not disturb; contact management directly by phone or email). ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES. Please note we have outdoor surveillance cameras. Digital and deadbolt locks secure the property. There are some stairs at each entry point. We love our home and have made every effort to ensure that your stay at Rosemont by the Sea feels effortless. A photo of your Driver’s License/Passport via text or email may be requested at time of booking. Please read our HOUSE BOOK when you arrive to familiarize yourself with the house instructions and recommendations for where to go and where to eat in La Jolla. We hope you appreciate our peaceful quiet neighborhood, the unique details of our home, and the amenities we offer for a more memorable stay.

Hot tub: Enjoy and please provide adult supervision for kids at all times while in use. Please note additional overnight guests NOT allowed. Property owners live close by and reserve right to check on property if there are any parties or disturbances.

-Stroll to the corner of Palomar Ave and Neptune Pl and find a spot on the big rocks where you can sunbathe and relax
- Walk or bike around Monte Vista Ave to see the many historic homes near the village area
- Walk or bike to lively La Jolla village and explore the many bars and restaurants, and unique shops on Girard Ave and Prospect St
- Play tennis or pickleball at the La Jolla Rec Center on Draper Ave
- Head to village museums and neighborhood parks
