Clean, Quite, & Relaxing Environment

The check-in process was very easy. This place was very clean and full of things to do to keep ourselves, our adult kids, as well as our two 2&under grandkids. The pool table and fenced in backyard made our stay worthwhile. Thanks to our host Kelly for a welcoming experience!

House was perfect for our family! Beds were comfortable, AC worked Great and there was plenty of room to relax and hang out!Downstairs gameroom was super nice. We enjoyed the pool table and dart board.

We had a great stay! Great communication. The home offers plenty of room and is located in a nice safe area easy to get around anywhere. We enjoyed the pool table and darts.

Great Entertainment Home

We enjoyed our stay! Tons of entertainment amenities, and the home was well kept and stocked inside. You can play pool, darts, and sit by a fire. A minor drawback was the outdoor area was a little less taken care of. We also have sensitive allergies and were a bit reactive to the bedrooms and bathrooms. I doubt it would bother most people, but if you’re very sensitive something to consider.Overall, a nice home that I’d recommend for your stay!

If you need a larger house with great access to Maize area, this is the place. Very good layout and lots of amenities at the place. Would recommend to anyone.

Team Retreat

Our team stayed here while in town for a basketball tournament and it was perfect! Had plenty of things at the house to do (hot tub, fire pit, pool, b-ball court), house was clean, check-in and out was easy. No issues would definitely come again!

Great short term rental

The house was immaculate. Everything worked as expected and the host Kelly, is a gem. She accommodated our request when we needed something early for our stay! If we are ever back in Wichita, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place

This place was beyond expectations. We needed a quick place to stay with a dog due to an unforeseen family emergency. This place was beyond our expectations. We didn’t even have time to utilize the amenities. Hot tub. Pool table. The house is beautifully put together. Quiet neighborhood. Huge yard. Relaxing patio. Very comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom space so three of us didn’t have to share which was GREAT. Kelly is very responsive and I will be looking for this place again on other visits. Even if it’s just me visiting. Thanks again for the hospitality

Great Wichita Find!

This was a great home for our visit. Lots of space both upstairs and downstairs to lounge and relax. Very fun outdoor space with hot tub and basketball hoop as well.

Family in Wichita

The house was great for our trip to Wichita. Kelly was The pool table/ping pong table, and darts downstairs kept the teen/tween busy. The basketball hoop and the hot tub were popular at the end of the day! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a clean, comfortable house; we will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Wichita in the future.

Enjoyable Stay

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and great location. It was extremely COLD during our visit, we were thankful for a pool table and dart board for things to do inside. House was clean and property manager communicated well. I would have given 5 stars but overall comfort level was a little minimalist (no lamps beside beds for night time reading, and only a few blanks

Just right for our group

6 of us came in and stayed here for a short 2 day goose hunt. Owner was great with communication. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The home was easy to find and in a great location. We found it to be very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even has a pool table in the basement and an awesome backyard with covered area with hot tub and even a basketball court. If you are looking for a clean, well appointed place to stay in Wichita, then I would not hesitate to book this home!

My family and I truly enjoyed this home. The kids enjoyed the pool table and basketball court. There was also a dartboard but we didn't allow them to play with those (age). The home was big enough for everyone to enjoy and have space. The adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. The rooms and beds were perfect for us. The only thing I will point out is if you're over 6 feet the lower level bedroom will give you issues. There is a section of the ceiling that is short but if you remember to duck your head you will be ok. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We will come back for sure if in the Kansas area. *****

Lots to offer. Great home!

We had an awesome time staying here. There were a lot of activities between the hot tub, the basketball court, the pool table…. We brought a pickle ball net and paddles, and turned the basketball court into a pickle ball area as well Every one had fun. It would’ve been nice to have another skillet for cooking. It would be nice if the guestroom with the twin bed had a larger bed in it. But the floor plan was perfect for a group sharing the upstairs and location for some to be downstairs with another bathroom. The office downstairs came in handy as well, and it was in a great part of town; close to everything. Host was responsive and timely with correspondence. It was perfect for us to visit family in the area. Loved the house and said we wished it was for sale. 😀. We will return!

Wonderful!

This house is amazing! Very spacious and plenty of privacy for all who stay. Secure and quiet neighborhood. The backyard is so peaceful. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub which is very clean. I had to change my reservations twice and Kelly (the host) was over the top accommodating and quick to respond! Simple requirements when checking out. You won’t go wrong with this VRBO!
