There's no better way to experience the beauty of Portland than by staying right in the heart of it. Our Modern Studio Oasis, with its contemporary design, and convenient location, is fully equipped to make your stay a relaxing and stress-free one.

Our location in North Portland is a haven for various types of renters, as we are surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. It's a dream for business travelers with its proximity to Portland International Airport, Interstate 5, Adidas & Daimler Headquarters, and Downtown Portland. For the University of Portland students' family members, couples, and solo adventurers, it's a perfect spot, offering a variety of attractions and amenities.

We provide a plethora of amenities, from free wifi and toiletries to entertainment, coffee, and extra towels, to ensure you feel pampered during your stay. So please come and enjoy your Portland getaway with us!

THE SPACE

This apartment is independent of the attached house. It does not share any vents/heating/HVAC systems with the house.

This modern luxe space was thoughtfully designed by Southern California Design and Staging with your comfort in mind. We intended to create a home away from home.

The two adult owners live upstairs and you may hear their footsteps or ambient noise between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

KEYLESS ACCESS

With a keyless digital door lock, you can come and go as you please.

Guests will have access to the entire space which includes a full kitchen, dining area with a table and 4 chairs, living room area with dedicated workspace, Roku Smart TV, private entrance, washer & dryer, and full bathroom.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Our stay in North Portland's University Park is a 5-minute drive to the Adidas and Daimler headquarters. Situated in a quiet section of the vibrant University Park neighborhood of North Portland or the 5th Quadrant as locals call it.

Head across the street to our food cart pods, pizza shops, beer, and bottle shops, along with other bars and restaurants.

Easily drive, take transit, or ride share to other parts of Portland.

* <1 mile from New Seasons grocery store
* 1.4 miles to Fred Meyer store (groceries and more)
* 0.7 miles to Starbucks

This is an excellent hub for outdoor recreation: If you are a runner, skateboarder, or biker, step out the front door and head South to the bluff just off Willamette Boulevard. It overlooks the Willamette River and offers impressive views of the City.

* 5 miles away from hiking in Forest Park: the largest urban forested park in the United States.
* 5 miles away from the Smith and Bybee Wetlands natural area: one of the largest urban wetlands in the United States.

Further away:

* The Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area is less than 40 minutes away.
* Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood is less than 90 minutes away (make dinner reservations in their Cascade Dining Room for your visit).
* Cannon Beach is just over 90 minutes away and is home to a gorgeous coastal beach, famous for the Haystack Rock monolith, and lots of quaint shops and dining.

With proximity to St. Johns and Kenton neighborhoods, they are known for great food, thriving communities, artistic revelations, and, more importantly, friendly and unique individuals where you get a taste of Portland's small-town charm with access to its big-city fun!

GETTING AROUND

Lyft and Uber are the most common ways to get around by car in Portland, so getting from the Portland International Airport to Downtown Portland or nearby neighborhoods is a breeze.

We are a bike-friendly city with an extensive network of bike lanes and trails, making it easy and fun to explore on two wheels. No matter how you choose to get around, our home's central location makes it the perfect home base for your Portland adventures!

HOUSE RULES

** Please be advised that guests will be required to sign a guest agreement and provide government-issued identification before check-in as per state laws **

Please be respectful of your new home, neighbors, and community. We require our guests to abide by the following rules:

• Check-in is at 4 PM or later.
• Check-out is 10 am.

• Please do not use open flames, including candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars.

• Please no illegal activity or substances: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement participation.

DAMAGE

• We understand things happen and require all guests to report any damage during their stay. We take a $250 security deposit hold on your credit card a few days before your stay, and release it following your stay, subject to no issues.

LONG-STAY CLEANING FEES

• Corporate and Leisure reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 15 days. For each 15-day increment, an extra cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

The Guest(s) shall be responsible for the following fee(s):
Neighbor Disturbance Fee - $300
Smoking/Vaping Fee - $1000
Additional Housekeeping Fee- $250.00
Any broken or damaged items will be charged at cost.
Late check out fee $50 per hour

ID & CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

• Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID before digital check-in. This specifically includes a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. Guest identification must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third-party bookings allowed.

• Additional CREDIT CARD payment verification may be required.

BACKGROUND CHECK

• Please be advised that guests will be asked to provide a birth date and current address as the city of Portland requires proof of an essential public records search for the primary guest making the reservation.

SMOKING

• This building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is 100% smoke-free, including private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property, regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule, we kindly suggest you book another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit of your security deposit.

NEIGHBORLY SUGGESTIONS

Please be respectful of the neighbors. Street parking is ample; please park consciously to allow others room.

SAFETY NOTES

The front steps can get a little slick when wet. Please use the handrail as a precaution.


EVENTS & GATHERINGS

• We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm to 7 am on weekdays and 11 pm to 7 am on weekends.

VISITORS

• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. Please, no unregistered overnight guests. Guest(s) are allowed to have a total number 1 Overnight Guests on the Property for an additional charge of $25 per night.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS

• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video, or photo/film shoots of any kind, don't hesitate to contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE

• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against all loss, claims, causes of action, demands, and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests concerning the rental unit. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers, has an easy-to-follow website that allows you to compare each policy or e-mail details to yourself and offers a wide range from standard policies to 5-star coverage. If you do a quick online search, it should pop up.

Great space- we will be back!

Had a lovely stay at this very clean, accessible studio apartment while visiting our son in Portland. Booking out accommodations was smooth and easy- communication with our host was extremely timely. We come out to Portland every spring and will be happy to stay here again!

The property is clean and comfortable. Very light, plenty of space for a single or couple. A quiet neighborhood that felt safe and was close to many amenities. I will stay again.
